Amazing service all around Brayden the sales person is very respectful and helpful went and picked up the car from another location. Victor and the team are awesome! They gave me a great price on my trade-in and were extremely patient, accommodating, and understanding while my wife and I checked everything out on the car we ended up purchasing. Before purchasing, we decided to take the car to another shop to have it inspected where we were told that it was in excellent condition, just as the West Auto team had told us.

Last week the folks at West Auto helped me surprise my wife with a beautiful new Mustang for Valentines day!This process was by far the easiest I've ever been through. My salesman Sael was very understanding of my limited time I had to spend with him (again this was a surprise) and very quickly got me through the approval process and I was on my way.After that they had the car transfered in from their Tooele location the same day and I was back the following morning to pick it up. Again I was greeted with a smile and a handshake and Sael assured me they'd be as quick as possible to get me on the road and back to work.The GM Reno had my paperwork ready to go within 45 minutes and as I sat with him going over the paperwork we chatted like old friends and on my way I went.These folks make it feel like a friendly experience rather than a business transaction. I highly recommend them for your next auto purchase!!!And most importantly my wife was very pleased with our new purchase, as a matter of fact I beleive she's out in our new ride right now ? ?
