Grant Jones is an excellent manager! He helped me wire money to a daughter. He was professional and friendly. He walked me through every step of the process which was a lot easier than when I did the same thing four years ago with my son at my local branch. This is a full-service branch even though it is located in BYU's bookstore.

I applied for the Active Cash Back credit card in the hopes that I could receive the $200 bonus and was denied (which I understand and am not upset about), but then 4 months later, Wells Fargo converted my current credit card to that exact card I was denied. However, since my current card was converted to the Active Cash Back card without my consent, I was not eligible for the $200 bonus. I don't have any complaints about this particular location of Wells Fargo, just the organization in general. Calling customer support to complain unfortunately also provided no help.

Staff is usually delighted and cheerful when walking in. The place is always clean and tidy. Never long lines, which makes this place appealing. Drive-thru is easily accessible as well. It would help if you went into the garage and through a few doors. I wish they would not have us walk thru the drive-thru because of the blind spot. I wish there were a button on both sides to have lights flash to have drivers yield for those crossing. Otherwise, this location is just exceptional. I would recommend more sanitizing bottles out by each pin pad

No drive thru, not open when they are scheduled, located in the book shop second floor opposite side of public parking.

The customer service is as warm and welcoming as a tattered sleeping bag filled with icicles.

Wow, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They sold off my mortgage, even though we had never missed a payment. This now shows up on my credit score as a closed line of credit... To make things even better, we were 30 days late on a credit card payment (we thought we had set it up for auto-pay) and they literally did the same thing - just closed our credit card account!! My credit score dropped like crazy. Ridiculous bank. The lady on the phone made it sound like it's a normal thing to just close someone's credit line after a late payment...

Nice people who work there in general, but they don't have a coin counting machine. A bank is the one place I would expect to have a coin counting machine. I asked a banker there to help me sort my coins and place them in rolls since I had many coins. He just said “that's not a service we offer†and declined to help me. That tells me that that aren't willing to go the extra mile to help their customers.

Not impressed. Long waits, poor service, and employees not helpful. Also dirty environment they need to dust and vacuum.

They'll try to set you up with a ton of things you may not need or want. They'll try really hard to make it seem like they care about you. They'll introduce you to the manager who will then ask you for feedback (as if they care) about your experience right in front of the banker you've been working with. And get this, when setting up a bank account today, I was asked, "do you have your temple recommend on you?" in relation to BillPay, which I wasn't even asked if I wanted to set up. That is an incredibly innapropriate question from a business. My banker also tried to get me to trust him by saying that he was an RM. So if you want typical salemen bankers mixed with awkward Provoness... go for it.
