Made an immunization appointment online and then showed up at the scheduled time, only to be told that they were having issues taking my insurance. After talking to THREE different pharmacy employees and going in and out of line several times to call my insurance provider, they were finally able to resolve the issue. All told, what should have been a simple process to get a shot ended up lasting around an hour.Only giving two stars because the manager (I think her name was Jodi?) was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to resolve the debacle. Calling the other two employees I interacted with "incompetent" is the understatement of the century.

The pharmacy drive thru took me 40 minutes to get through! Go somewhere else if you don’t have time to wait.

Told me that I needed a prior authorization from my Dr. etc and I never actually needed anything. They straight up lied about why they needed the prior authorization for some reason. I was courteous and respectful with them the entire time and didn’t deserve this treatment.

Came in this morning to have my step sons prescription filled because he couldn’t do it himself due to having emergency surgery yesterday.. when I walked in and sat down my hair was messy in a claw clip and I was wearing pajama pants and I was asked if I had been helped I had replied yes I have I am waiting on a prescription and the girl working the window part of the pharmacy turned around rolled her eyes and goes she’s waiting for hydrocodone 5s in a snarky tone and rolled her eyes. That’s when the guy standing at the counter began to stare at me with judgement. Excuse me I don’t appreciate the judgement or the rude snarky comment. My stepson would have went in and got his meds filled if he wasn’t in a lot of pain and was able to stand and walk for more then 2 minutes. On top of it you can’t even walk around the store looking at things without being followed like your going to steal something. It helps pass the time while you are waiting on your prescriptions.Do better Walgreens l!! The judgement, the stares are ridiculous. Not everybody is a crackhead or don’t steal. I spend a lot of money in Walgreens. But today was the last and final straw that I will ever step foot in a Walgreens. We will be switching to a different pharmacy where we won’t be judged for the way someone looks or is dressed, or be followed by 5 employees like we are stealing.I will spend my money else where without any of that.

Appreciate the 24/7 hours. Don't appreciate the 45-120 minute pharmacy line waits with only one pharmacist at a window.

Waited in line for like 40 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous I completely blame the management for not hiring more people not the staff themselves.

Pharmacy is worse than the dmv. First they give me the wrong prescription, then I have to wait until I get a call saying the right one is ready. Then after driving back in waiting in the slowest moving line ever for a second time, they tell me it's not ready yet and won't be for another half hour.

Horrible service, Ive had countless issues with walgreens. Ive had prescriptions not ready despite me calling in several times to fill them, ive had my prescriptions sent to completely different locations ive NEVER filled at, including having my prescriptions filled in California, where ive NEVER had prescriptions filled or sent to. Today I went to pick up my medication which had been filled last week, and today I was told I had to wait until Monday. I had requested these refills LAST MONDAY, called on TUESDAY to confirm they were ready, and STILL i had to waste my time going to walgreens for no reason. When I called yo ask what could be done about all these issues, the technician told me I needed to just call and double check. I DID CALL AND DOUBLE CHECK. Im really frustrated that walgreens expects the CUSTOMER to double and triple check that their prescriptions will be ready. Its ridiculous that the solution offered is to make the customer jump through even more hoops to get their medications. Fix your system walgreens.

Staff: “do you have any questions for the pharmacist?”Me: “uhh, yeah, how often should I take the medication”Other staff that wasn’t the staff helping me: “instructions are there on the medication!”Ok, wow, in terms of professionalism, I would give the pharmacy 1/5, but my past experiences have been neutral so I’m going to give this place 3/5…. Hopefully, the pharmacy does a better job at developing a better bed side manner.
