The wait time for picking up a prescription is insanity. Seems like each car takes 15 minutes to get their prescription. Something is seriously broken...

Business is closed because they don't have enough staff. Pharmacy window is open for drive-through's. You would think they could serve over the counter medication. No prescriptions only.

I cannot believe the service I received from the Technicians when I called repeatedly to get prescriptions transferred to them. Instead of trying to help me out they spout off party lines. When I called in the first time the tech said they would get back to me in two hours. When I called in two hours later they had nothing done and no records of my call and hung up on me and the third time I called was the worst. I do everything I can to help out my patients and this pharmacy seemed not care and put up roadblocks! Extremely disappointed. If you want fast service and people who care don't fill here!!

I don't care about the bad reviews because what I cared the most is they are 24 hours. My baby had horrible stomach flu middle of the night and we needed pedialyte immediately. Walmart was closed, literally everything was closed. I'm so thankful they are 24 hours because if not, my son would've gotten worse. Thanks for being open 24 hours and not changing it. There's people like us who appreciate that!

I'm livid. I work at a doctors office and have spent the past 40 minutes trying to get through to make sure they could dispense a prescription for our patient. I had to call FOUR times because they kept dropping the call. I would be on hold forever, it would finally ring but they would push me back on hold and eventually the call would disconnect. After three times and 30 minutes of this I called on my personal cell so it wouldn't register me as a provider to see if I could get through that way. Got someone on in less that 2 minutes. However the person was in their call center and couldn't help me. Said she would put me on hold and get me transferred to a pharmacist. Spent several more minutes on hold, and then got disconnected again. Ended up having our patient go to another pharmacy that we could actually get ahold of and confirm they could fill the rx. I use Walgreens as well for my personal care. I won't be anymore! This was ridiculous and took so much time away from other patients I could be helping in our office.

Absolute joke. Unorganized. Scheduled an appointment for 8:20 and was asked to be here at 8:05 to fill out paperwork. Got here at 8 and waited in line for half an hour with the line continually growing behind us because the person manning the desk was gone for 15 minutes. This person was helping others and didn't even know how old you had to be to get the vaccine. You'd think in the middle of a pandemic they'd have something dedicated purely to vaccines. Ridiculous it took us longer than 15 minutes for this. Took us 40 minutes in total

Make sure you go to the right place to order photos online. Once there though its easy, discounts work, and pictures are ready to pickup sometimes in less than an hour!

The drive through line is always ridiculously slow. It takes me about 20 minutes to get my prescription even if there's just 2 cars ahead of me. I do get my prescription fairly quickly when I go inside. I just don't understand why the drive through takes so long.

Pretty unhappy with the pharmacy drive thru at this Walgreens. They are very slow. Struggle to get cars moving. I understand if it takes a few minutes per car. But I've been currently stuck in 6 car line for almost a hour and a half. That's not normal. I'm glad that it's a 24h Walgreens but get more staff or something to speed things along. Please and thank you. Love-Karen

GAVE THE WRONG DRUG!!!! This pharmacy is terrible. My prescription was ordered at 7 a.m. I called twice to see if it was ready yet, their automated system said no. Finally at noon, I decided to head over there anyway, and on my way I got a text that it was ready. When I got to the drive up I was told that it wasn't ready yet and they would need 10 or 15 more minutes. I said I would wait. Eyeroll.After I got back to work, I took one of the pills, and passively thought it looked different than usual. Wondering if it was a different manufacturer, I started looking at the label. The label was correct, exactly what it should have said, but the pills inside the bottle were wrong!! Wrong color and everything. I googled the pills they gave me and identified them as the anti-convulsant medication topiramate. After I had already taken one! I called the pharmacist and she was totally unconcerned. She said, "You're welcome to bring them back and swap them for the correct medication." I declined. I was heading out of town and didn't have any more time for their sloooowww "customer service". But I had to call back again and ask her if I would be okay, considering my other medications (which she didn't even ask about!). Just, zero concern for the error, or my well-being. Imagine, what would have happened if I had followed the directions on the bottle; "take one tablet up to three times daily as needed for pain"?! Scary.
