Jess was PHENOMENAL! She helped with all my questions and was really knowledgeable when my phone was having problems. I didn't understand exactly what was going on with my phone, but she helped me learn more about how a phone battery can get swollen (which is the problem I was having), I would definitely recommend this store to my friends.I normally only post restaurant reviews from this account, but I needed to share about this place. Thanks so much!

I came in for a failed SIM card and was kindly greeted by Jon, who knew exactly what to do and had my phone fixed up with a new eSIM. Took no time at all and I was right on my way!

I went in last night wanting to upgrade my phone. I wasn't greeted at all and was completely ignored for 15 minutes. One of the associates finally acknowledged me and asked what my needs were. This associate spent a total of 10 minutes trying to sell me a phone that I didn't even want in the first place before saying "the other associate was going to help me with the upgrade".. well seemed like the associate was eager to clock out and passed me along to the associate that mind you was already helping out two clients who by the way he was trying to sell everything in that store to them. I heard the clients tell him numerous times that they weren't interested in buying any extra services. He kept pushing it. After waiting for an hour I decided to leave. I will not be returning to this store again. The customer service is awful and from the minimal interaction that I had with the associate they also don't care about what your needs are period.

I went in on Aug 19, 2023, and was helped by Daniel J. I felt swindled and scammed. My bill doubled and I had to pay a large (I'm low income, it felt big to me) amount out of pocket in store. I will be calling the store to address my experience. I already called Verizon. In my 16 years with Verizon, I've never been more upset or dissatisfied. I was charged $75 in activation fees by Victra and then $70 in activation fees by Verizon.

I am a reasonable guy, but our experience here has just been horrible. We were lied to, and waited literally all day for our phones to be activated- and then it was done incorrectly. To make matters worse, our old phones were not traded in properly due (the employees' fault) and it has cost us hundreds of dollars over the past few months. Just one disaster after another. I have spent countless hours trying to resolve things and still haven't been able to. The complete opposite of how things should be. I have been with Verizon for over 10 years and this is the first time I have considered leaving.

Jordan was so kind! He was able to fix everything I needed that same day! I didn’t have a phone for 2 months due to circumstances and I was so fortunate to have him help me and resolve my issues!! Now I have a phone and all the accessories included! I am beyond grateful! He definitely needs a promotion! He went above and beyond!?

Jordan was very helpful and made all my dreams come true. I upgraded my phone with ease and he stayed 2 hours after closing to finish the transfer for me. Such a positive and uplifting experience especially with him playing that t swift for us while we got my new phone set up. Will be referring him to any and all people I know. We loved him

Daniel at Provo store was the nicest, most knowledgeable guy I have ever had in a Verizon store. He was exceptional and he deserves a raise. You need to keep this guy.

Called ahead of time and they told me they could activate my phone in person at this location. So I came in and the worker there said he had no clue I was coming in but he “wasn’t opposed to helping”. Within 2 minutes of talking to him he told me there was nothing he could do for me and that I should just try calling the generic customer support phone number. Which I did but got voicemail. Very frustrating because I’m on a time crunch to activate this new phone.

These guys want to sell you everything in the store. Very clear they work on commission. Told the guy I wasn't interested in their hearing Aids and he wouldnt stop pushing them onto me.Asked about upgrading an iPhone and he told me no because the device wasn't paid off so they couldn't do their promotions. When clearly their promotions are a scam. Was ripped off 800 dollars from their last "promotion "Waste allot of time trying to sell you products you're not interested in.Was told since the previous guys working didn't apply my promotion I'm out 800 dollars.Once my devices are paid off we are going to another carrier. Since going 5G Verizon coverage is terrible. I'm the only one with no service while everyone I'm around has full bars with sprint and T-mobileDaniel was very arrogant and pushing products onto customers.

I upgraded my phone a week ago at another location. When my data was transferred from my old phone it wasn't done properly. I walked in about 15 minutes before close to get it fixed. Kole was the only employee working. He was more than happy to make sure all my data was transferred to my new phone, even though it meant he had to stay late. Very professional, kind, and went above and beyond. You can tell he is invested in doing his job to the best of his ability. Any employer would be lucky to have this young man working for them. I'm happy to say that ALL of my apps and data were transferred successfully! His willingness to sacrifice a small window of his time has literally saved me hours of my own. Give that man a raise!

Kole and Jackson were awesome helping me get a new iPhone! The wait times around the holidays were quite long but they got the order in asap and called me right when it arrived. They helped me set up my phone, and got me the best case, screen protector, and fast charger I’ve ever had! Will definitely be coming here more in the future!
