I had a terrible experience at this location. Eli was very inpatient we asked a few questions and he was rude, unhelpful and extremely incompetent. I will never step foot in this store again.The worst customer service.

The people who work there, including the manager Jason, have no information on the procedures or products.
I was 1 week without service and when they activated my plan instead of paying $45 I am paying $92. Nobody knows why in the store.

The Verizon store at the Provo mall (Victra) has terrible staff. Or at least the one working today at 11:00-12:00. (I think his name is Richard)
My phone from Verizon had suddenly stopped working and I was looking to see what deals Verizon could give me.
The boy insisted that if I have insurance I could get a new phone.
I asked him to look at my account to see if there is anything that can be worked on as a workaround.
Simply he insisted they only sell phones and that there is nothing else he could do.
Then attempted to sell me an iPhone for apparently 30% off.
I have an Android.
Furthermore I had a working phone with a scratched up screen and a non working phone with a perfect screen so I was looking to what I could do if we could switch screens or if Verizon could send me out a replacement since the phone I bought has only been since August of 2023, it's now April of 2023.
He told me that he did not have to serve me if he did not want to and then tried to force me to open up a second line.
So in my journey to fixing my phone I asked Tricked Out accessories what they could do.
While they had some suggestions (the worker at the time) told me that the Verizon in the Provo mall is mismanaged and always a mess and that I would have better luck at the University Mall.
So I went to the University Mall and they were much more helpful!
I would rage them 10 stars.
First of all they analyzed my problem and took responsibility for it.
Then they explained that since it was so new that google will probably send me out a new one for free, also helping me figure out what number to call and what to say, (since I have never called google before) or knew that they had a customer service line.
Finally they suggested that I can switch my SIM card out of my current (non working phone) to my scratched up (but we'll functioning phone) and see if that would help as a temporary fix until I could get my phone replaced or screen fixed.
They ran tests with me to make sure it worked just fine before I left the store.
So even though I am back to my old very broken but functional phone, I am so grateful they took some time to research with me and help me figure out a few solutions so I would leave having functional service.
The Orem Victra/Verizon store is amazing,
The dumpy Provo town center mall store is unorganized, bad customer service and terrible..
Do not go to this store. Just go to the Orem one instead.
They treat you much better , not only today being a great experience with them, but also other times I have gone to the University Mall location and have been treated wonderful there.
The person working the desk in the Provo mall was absolutely incompetent and rude and has no idea about what he is doing.
The manager over the Provo location also manages the Orem one apparently, so hopefully that manager will see this post and do better training with their employees.
