Very pleased with the quality of the work.
The staff were very nice and explained well what they were going to do.
When everything was done, they went over all repairs so I would understand the bill.
I have another car I'm going to bring in.

10 Stars!! Highly recommend University Collision!! We took our car to get fixed after what seemed like a minor accident. After inspecting the vehicle, and proper diagnostic, they determined our other bids and what insurance would pay was not sufficient to properly fix our vehicle. This was an older 4Runner and Scott took the time to explain the entire process and break down the true cost of the repair. Insurance wanted to give us 3k to fix our car when our quote was 11k…Anja and Cassidy spent ample time going back and forth with adjusters and got us $9100 for our totaled car, far above market value. These guys are experts working with insurance companies and went to bat for us all throughout the process! Often this process can be daunting and less advantageous for the car owner, NOT with university collission. Best experience I’ve ever had with a repair.

When you are in need of a collision repair place, this is it! We have used University Collision several times over the years and have had nothing but superior service. I picked up my car today from a fender bender and it looks beautiful. The paint matches beautifully! It looks brand new. They are locally owned, and the owner grew up in Provo. They will take care of you e very time!

When my accident happened I was supposed to return to Oklahoma to my family. I was delayed a week. Congressman Cannon told me they do great work. As a licensed insurance agent I am very familiar with repair shops. State Farm found them, said they were authorized and everything was smooth. They had my car out by Friday so I could return home. They found all the parts and the repairs are beautiful. Thank you University Collision. You are absolute professionals! Dr Duncan

Very good, kind and friendly people ? they did a wonderful job on my vehicle, it looks like new again. Especially Scott the owner who gone the extra miles to help me with my needs! This shop is keeping very good communication with me , especially Cassidy and Pete along with Scott. I wouldn't want to take my vehicle to anywhere else for the collision repair. This is the place that I won't be dispointed with their work. I would recommend to anyone that needs their vehicles to be repaired for the collision/damage issues! Thank you to Scott and all the staffs there, you guys are AWESOME..!

Everyone here went above and beyond our expected service. It was my wife’s and I’s first accident and we had a lot of questions when it came to insurance and pricing. They even gave us lots of great advice when it came to vehicle maintenance and all of it seemed to come from a willingness to give us a great service and experience. Everything they did for us was incredibly helpful during this challenging process we’ve never gone through before. Shoutout to the lady at the front desk (I forgot your name I’m so sorry) she was on top of everything when it came to our insurance.
Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who had similar accidents to ours.

Was in an accident and was not at fault. Was referred to University Collision by State Farm ins. Co.. They handled EVERYTHING!!! Even my rental was at Unversity Collision when I went to drop off my car for the repairs. They did a wonderful job, my car looks new again!!! Seriously, you cannot tell it was ever damaged! And they cleaned it for me before I picked it up! It was an all around 5 star experience! I definately reccomend University Collision to anyone looking to have any body work done on their vehicle! I will definitely be using them in the future should the need arise! Also, I was impressed with all of the plaques they had showing that they were rated best in town every single year starting in 2016 I believe, to currant day! And I can definitely understand why!
