“These guys are absolutely phenomenal and go above and beyond for their customers. I broke down during a long road trip. The repair was great, the price was great, and the customer service was far above and beyond. Almost made me want to just end the road trip and stay in the area.”
“Traveling through the area, had an exhaust issue, with a broken weld and broken exhaust hanger.
I brought the vehicle in, and after a quick thorough inspection, I was given three options to fix my issue. I was then allowed to decide how to proceed, no High Pressure sales tactics.

“I tried to open a Toyota Camry and the key snapped in half! Willy's was able to come the same day I asked and replace the key, and it only cost $85, which was pretty good. (It would have been more if they had to unlock the car, but luckily the fob still worked). They even drove out to my home in Provo free of charge to do the job. Very quality and fast service, highly recommend!”

“They were able to help diagnose and fix a problem with my Subaru, and when we found a secondary issue they were willing to work with me and got the issue solved same day and went out of their way to clean my battery terminals that had corrosion. And they noticed my radiator hose was worn and would have likely failed soon had it not been replaced. The people at Japanese Auto Repair are honest and caring people.
