Miranda is a power trip manager that is absolutely ridiculous. Everyone avoid this store at all cost. We tried to buy some Disney Lorcana cards. As we're walking up, she rudely tells us that there's a limit of 5. It said that nowhere. We had four of us and so we were going to just each of us by five individually. She then angrily adds that it's five per group. Very rude and power-hungry. She's the type that wears a mask by herself in her car. Here she is telling me that I can't take a picture of her in a public place as a staff member of the store I was trying to purchase an item from. She was abrasive and unprofessional.

Great store and the best convenience for basically anything you want or need. This location is a lot smaller. I think of it like a miniature version. Probably the go to spot for BYU and UVU students.Staff are helpful and friendly. The store is well equipped and inventory is rotated and stocked better than most other locations.Parking lot is right across the street from the Provo Hospital. Plenty of free parking. There is also a good number of other Stores and restaurants.I really recommend you go see for yourself

I wondered why the low reviews and now I see why. Honestly the worst Target experience I've ever had. The store is small, the selection wasn't as I usually expect, and they were out of a bunch of stuff. There are two fitting rooms, no attendant, and they close them over an hour before the store closes. Departments are not organized or sectioned well. Something rang up wrong and instead of just believing me, they had someone check so I was waiting and holding up the line to dispute a few dollars (why do cashiers do this? I used to work at a Target. Just believe the person. Target makes enough money not to fret over a menial difference). Anywho, my first poor Target experience! I've worked at multiple Targets and love shopping at Target and this store is just not it.

Small Target. Don't take returns unless you bought it there. Usually out of stock or don't have what I want. Location is great.

Absolute garbage. I ordered online and processed my order with this location. Only to find out that my order was out of stock upon trying to pick it up. WHY would they even accept my payment if an item is out stock?? Terrible and incompetent location.

Imagine you just moved in to a college apartment. You’ve spent the whole day sweating while unpacking. You order a fan from target get to target and pick up that fan. You eventually make it home and need to set up a couple more things before you can look forward to the cool breeze. You finally get it all set up and it doesn’t work. You panic thinking “how can I spend another night in this heat??” You check Google maps and it says target will be closed in eight minutes and it’s a six minute drive from your apartment. You frantically race out your front door and don’t even have time to turn off the car when you park and run into the store at 9:58. You apologize profusely and expect to be greeted with some annoyance as you once were a retail worker. However, the woman in the red shirt smiles, and welcomes you and is quite possibly the most friendliest person you’ve ever met. You go to the exchange counter and you get it done and rush out the door right as the clock strikes 10. I have never met such happy positive target employees! Thank you for saving me and providing that miracle breeze.

Definitely underwhelming. I love Target as much as the next person especially to check on their Lego sets but this Target is too small. Not enough to keep me occupied, I'm honestly just good they're putting two more Targets close by.

This location is way too small, so they probably don’t have what you need. I would recommend you go to the bigger one in Orem

This is a unique little target! It can be a little difficult to access but otherwise it's really efficiently great. They make great use of their smaller-than-average space, and have a great selection and friendly employees.

Just like many other reviews say, you'll almost never find what you need here since it's so small. I don't know why they haven't tried to expand, especially when the spots next door are often empty and on sale. From what I've experienced, staff is average and pretty nice.

This Target is so small it rarely has anything that I need when I think of Target. It is really more like an oversized drug store. The worst part of this store is their refusal to accept Target returns unless it is a product that can be purchased at their specific tiny story. They told me, “It’s only 15 minutes up the road,” to the big Target store. Since it’s only 15 minutes up the road I wish they would had a process to take items returned to their location to the big store. Part of the appeal of a big-box store and the availability of online purchasing is the ability to return it to any location because they are one interconnected business. If I need anything beyond what would be found in a drug store I just go to the full-sized Target in Orem. I basically don’t consider this a Target.

I have never had an issue with my credit card company. I never go to Target, mainly because I have heard about credit card theft there. The first time I go there, I use my credit card and then an unknown charge from out of state appears the same day. Wow, the rumors are true, avoid Target at all costs!
