By far the most helpful T-mobile store. After being misled by 3 different stores and wasting countless hours trying to figure out to simply trade in some phones, Caesar, Jacob, and Logan helped us quickly and respectfully. I will be going back to this store for any of my phone needs.

It was super busy that they didn’t even know who had walked in next and one of the guys ended up helping someone else before me. The store manager was amazing though and helpful and glad either way that he ended up helping me.

Pretty awful experience we had, not sure if it was an off day. Go to the Springville store instead!My husband and I were not initially greeted by the staff person on her phone. She seemed very confused by our requests of wanting to joint our accounts and add another line. In her defense she seemed to have lacked training and when she went to the back to consult with someone she came back out on her own just as confused. I think the training needs to be better at this store. Staff members should not be left on the floor alone if they don’t have the adequate training. It’s not fair to them or the customer. We ended up walking right out and going to the Springville store and having a phenomenal experience.

I stopped into this location for help on my phone I had already called in to the 611 number and been to another location for literally over four hours trying to figure out why my brand new iPhone was not working properly, specifically with Clock and download speeds fast but not able to use certain apps properly, within a few minutes he had figured out to problems that instantly spend my phone up drastically so he’s a friendly and helpful! Thank you Jacob!!!!!!!Plus they are bilingual 100%They are mustache approved!!!!

This review is in regard to THIS service location not the carrier itself: My family made the move from ATT to T-Mobile right before Christmas 2022. Though everything was mostly done online or over the phone, we had to go into a location to get the new SIM cards. This location wasn't super busy, but definitely had a constant flow of customers keeping the employees busy. Throughout this process, I was surprised with the professional but friendly staff. They got us set up as much as they could. I didn't unlock my wife's phone as I should have, so we couldn't get her phone working right away. Even with this hang up, the staff knew exactly what was happening and how long it could take to resolve. I also have to mention that my situation took longer than it should have due to my own fault, and the staff here helped a few other guests while still waiting on me. I am always impressed with people that can multitask and these guys were stellar!

T-Mobile is a great company that offers great phones. I have a prepaid plan I like a lot. My phone is a galaxy A13 I love my phone. I can do so many applications that my old phone could not do. I would highly recommend T-mobile to everyone.

They were pretty busy. Seems like whenever I go their server is having issues and it takes forever. But I did get what I needed. Plan on a wait and it taking 20 to 45 minutes to do what you need.

Awful customer experience. I hardly ever give one star ratings to places, but in this one particular one I will. I arrived at T-mobile on a Sunday afternoon at around 12pm. I ended up leaving at 1pm. The lines are ridiculously long and staff would help those who would cut in line instead of the ones clearly waiting. There was also a women who took an entire 2 hours at the desk for a purchase. Though not the staffs fault, they need to be more assertive and help speed up decisions or have people wait if they are taking a long time.I was highly disappointed at the way the store is managed and there shouldn't be a huge line at T-mobile store at a pretty much dead mall.There should be better managets at this store.

Outstanding customer service! A special shout-out to Logan who was super chill and personable, he wasn’t just about the sell, even though he got the sales lol cause I went in for an upgrade on my phone and left with not only a phone but also an Apple Watch that saved me a bunch of money and a free upgraded tablet for my old trade in, he was very informative about what all I was signing up for and overall was just a great experience. 10/10 would recommend.

We stood in line for at least 30 minutes with a line of people behind us. A guy just walks in and says he wants to ask a question and the employee then immediately starts helping this customer with his issue he just “asked” a question about even after we asked why people are being helped before us. There is never enough employees and wait times are ridiculous!
