Tried Take 5 Carwash for thé first time. Shae greeted us and explained how it works, what options we had for a single wash or their current special for a monthly plan. She was great. Very pleasant and knew what she was doing. The wash and the amenities worked well for our full size pick up. We will stay.

Three reasons for the negative review
1. The car wash itself it’s not very good. There were many noticeable dirty spots after the car wash that would have easily been taken care of at other places
2. The prices were not posted prior to getting in line of the car wash. And when you get in line there are workers there to push you to buy the membership.
3. The membership is very deceiving. It’s auto renewing, you have to cancel it 7 days prior to the month ending, and you HAVE to come in person to cancel (at least that is what the worker told me)

The prices were not posted anywhere until you were already committed to using it. The worker was divisive and tried to get us to sign up for a membership before we had used the car wash. It was the worst car wash I’ve ever gotten. You’re better off going to a gas station to clean your car.

I came in from out of state with a bunch of sticky residue on my vehicle. I asked Angela what she'd recommend and she suggested a wash with hot water and said that if it didn't work, I could go through a second time at no additional charge. One pass through did great and there was no need for additional washing. Loved the free vacuum and detailing supplies. If I lived here, I'd be a regular! Angela was friendly and attentive. Great service!

Sign up was easy, and it had monthly unlimited wash promotion for a price of one wash.

The car wash does a good job and the staff are really friendly! Super grateful that the lady at the podium pointed out the complimentary floor mat washing machine, interior & glass cleaners, and rags. I’ve come here twice and it’s been great!

It was quick, which was good, and the machine did about as well as any other automated car wash. The cheapest wash cost 10 bucks when I went. They have vacuums and towels for touch up, but the towels weren't by the vacuums, so I didn't know they were available until after the fact

I like them better than their competitors because the drive thru does a better job, even if they don’t provide the wet towels.
