One of your workers, in a company truck, ran a red light just a few minutes ago as I was crossing University Ave at 960 N in Provo. He didn’t even try to slow down - in fact, I heard him speeding up. Please remind your employees to drive safely.

Absolutely terrible. They gave half my order to another job. They were going to look for it or order again, but now 2 weeks have gone by in radio silence. When following up with them twice by phone they said they’d call me back with answers, but they never did. Nobody knew about this pending incident when calling in today, as if it happens all the time. Now my project is stuck in limbo... Don’t waste your time, energy and money on these guys, they simply just don’t care about you or your important job.Update: They delivered the rest of my order, but the very expensive handrails are 3 different colors and the wood post isn’t smooth…Update: They agreed to get their supplier to rerun the darkest rail, but it was replaced with a silly-looking 2-tone wood… not what I hoped for, at least it was free… I’m just giving up at this point.

Working with Sunpro has been very easy. Recently we upgraded our guard and hand rails and we had a pleasant experience working with Sunpro. My third party contractor brought me in to the store to look at the show room. They have 5 guard rails setup to show some popular selections which was really nice to see. Then I was given a catalog so we could see a full list of options available. Before leaving I loved one of the show room guard rails so much we got a quote. A few days later I made the purchase over the phone and my contractor went in to pick up the railings, newel posts, balusters, and some crown molding.The wood was all unfinished so I stained and sealed it myself. Everything was a really high quality though and barely needed any sanding. The guard and hand rails were installed and I couldn't be happier with the quality of everything and the ease of working with Sunpro.

Don’t waste your time here. They still aren’t taking any new customers, even if it’s a small amount of material. I’d be fine with waiting my turn for materials, but not even giving new customers the time of day?

I called and they said they had baseboards. I show up and they explained that they can't sell them to me because I don't have an account with them. Not at all helpful.

There was a sign that said not accepting new customers. I went inside to ask what that meant. I told the guy we are working with a builder. I was told if the builder has an account it's fine. I told him who the builder was and he said nope not seeing that name. I asked if he spelled it the way I told him to and he didn't. Then he typed it in correct and found the name and then he asked what city he is in and told him. He said it must not be that one. I asked what city it was and he said the neighboring city. Then he goes on to question me if that was the builder. Treating the customer like they don't know what they are talking about isn't good service. Also I asked about the showroom and he wasn't very helpful about it so I left and took my services else where.

Used them for doors, garage door, stair parts, insulation, door hardware, etc when building our home in 2018. Difficult to work with, garage door sounds like a freight train when it is closing and every door was incorrectly mortised. Very disappointed. Now have to readjust and re-miter every door in our home to get them to stop binding and to close properly.Also, unlike other suppliers they would not work off a draw and required payment every time we picked up items for our home build. This forced me to put thousands of dollars on my credit card rather than just paying from a bank draw.I do not recommend especially for large builds.

Ordered a custom door almost 4 months ago. They called 6 weeks ago said it was in, so I sent my son down to pick it up. When he got there, the shop guys told him “the door came in with a broken light, and I dont know why they would send you down” I have not received any update from them in the 4 months since I paid for this door. I have only received the one, incorrect, phone call, notifying me the door was in. Any small information I have received I have had to call, them, and normally the answer is “I didn’t order that door, so and so is handling that, I’ll have to call you back. This call, inevitably does not happen. Zero stars is the correct rating, but...........

Former employee of the insulation department. Horrible place to work at to say the least. Management was a complete joke, and treated the installers/warehouse workers very poorly. Wouldn't recommend doing business with them to anybody.

I've only ever had a positive experience with the guys at Sunroc, from a personal and business standpoint. They communicate their needs, set expectations, and deliver on them. Friendly people - keep up the good work.
