Very large variety of shoes, and good prices. Thought I wish there was a bigger range in sizes for women. I’m an 11 and have a hard time finding my size here

Chill environment, and workers don’t randomly come to you asking if you need something. They just let me do my shopping and were more than willing to help when I had a question. Hella good prices in clearance, bought at least five pairs here.

Make sure you ENTER the mall where Red Robin is and you’ll see the shoe store ahead of you. I reported the location error on google maps because the parking lot by the freeway isn’t it! BTW, good service at the shoe store.

Went in after dinner with the family to look around unfortunately the staff is not very helpful they seem to just sit there and talk amongst themselves. They don't offer much help or really have any friendly customer service

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received. The “manager” was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will not be returning to this store.

The store was "VERY UNDER STAFFED". The store was also in need of a good cleaning and vacuuming .

Horrible customer service. Will never return. Only one worker and someone was trying to return shoes. The customers had to find other ones that were the exact same price and the employee wouldn’t help me until they were done. Even though the customers were just wandering around the store.

Pretty standard shoe store similar to famous footwear. We got three pairs and ended up returning one. The door was pretty understaffed so there was a line for the register, but overall no real issues or special things to report.

Waited almost 20 mins and they were about to close. I wanted to buy 3 pairs of shoes and I left them there on a chair because no one attended me!!! They looked annoyed and mad because we were walking around shopping. Like if they didnt want us to shop or mess things up. So annoyed, dont go here if u want good customer service. Just a bunch of high school students who just want to go home. They dont even look happy.

One of the worst looking stores I've ever entered. Shoes left all over the store. No cashier in sight. Stood in line for 20 minutes just to buy some shoes. When the cashier finally showed up he just stood there sipping on his drink and never told anybody he was ready to help them check out. I will never recommend this place.
