I've been to this Salon once before and had a good experience, but this last time was quite bad.
I've had my hair cut the same way for years. I'm not picky about who I go to, I've been to a bunch of different salons and stylists. I always describe what I'm looking for in a haircut the same way and have never had an issue.
At this visit I said what I normally say and got my cut. It looked fine when i left, she curled and styled it for me. But when I went home and had showered and tried to style it myself I found that the cut was uneven and choppy.
The next day I tried multiple times to call the salon. I left a message and called many times to try to ask if there was something that could be done to fix my hair.
No one ever answered the phone or called me back.

Isabelle at Salon on the Avenue is amazing! She is an expert at blonde, and is great at achieving the icy blonde I love. Definitely recommend Isabelle and Salon on the Avenue! Here are some of my before and after pictures.

This is my hometown salon! I’ve seen a few hairdressers here and they’ve always been professional, precise, and friendly. I just saw Emmy for a cut and it turned out exactly how I wanted. So pretty and soft now! Highly recommend.

10/10 experience! I do not get my hair done often but wanted to touch it up a bit and booked an appointment with Emmalie. She did exactly what I wanted and did an AMAZING job. I was laughing the whole time and had a great experience. Pricing is fair and the staff is great!

Emmy was the best hair stylist I’ve ever had! Im from Colorado but now I might make trips to Utah just to see Emmy! She exceeded all my expectations! She listened to exactly what I wanted and she did it even better than I imagined. She was so kind and patient and really cared about making me happy. She goes above and beyond! I recommend her to anyone!!!

Sadie, was the sweetest and most adorable person. She was extremely accommodating, and genuine. She cared for my happiness and comfort in regard to my bridal hair. She was very down to earth, and the establishment has such a great atmosphere. I strongly recommend getting ready for your big day here. Thank you, Sadie!!

I have had one appointment with Emmalie in January. Since then I've tried to make 2 appointments. Once in August and it got denied without a reason. Then I tried to make one yesterday and it got denied saying I "no-showed past appointments". I have only had one accepted appointment in January and I went to that one. I am unsure why I am getting denied appointments. In January I tipped her 50% and was understanding and patient when I had to wait a while. I have tried calling the salon for assistance, but nobody answers.

Emmy at Salon on the Avenue is amazing! The absolute best! She got my daughter in last minute to fix a hair crisis (I as her mom created) when trying to "highlight" her hair myself. Yep, you read it right. Not only did she fix my mess up, she created a confidence in my daughter I have not seen. Her hair turned out SO GOOD. Salon on the Avenue is so cute and clean too. Highly reccomend!

I got my hair cut by Sadie, and it seriously was so good—I had chopped my own hair and it looked pretty rough lol, but she knew exactly how to fix it and and make it look amazing. She is a very talented stylist and is so much fun to talk with, she is so friendly and lovely :)Also Salon on the Avenue has a great vibe—it’s a beautiful and professional salon that feels very warm and welcoming. 10/10!

Kenzie did an absolutely amazing job on my daughter's pixie cut. Such a fun and friendly environment. Everything looked clean and tidy. We will definitely come back for future appointments!
