Pedicure was fine. But whatever product they use did not even stay on 24 hours. Bummer because I was fairly happy with the pedicure immediately after.

Charged me $50 for a acrylic gel nail refill only for it to chip a couple of days later. They overcharge for average work. If you're in a bind, they are an okay back up but I would suggest going somewhere else.

This place charged me $95 for french tip acrylics with one coat of chrome, which was more than the man initially quoted me when I told him what I wanted. I told her that and she still said no...$95. I always hesitate leaving poor reviews for small businesses. I would leave a one star for the price, rude and abrasive service, and the trump hat on the wall, but my nails do look good.

Sadly this salon has really gone down. I called this midday to ask for two pedis early evening at another preferred salon, but they were fully booked. Wanting to stay in Provo, I called Royal Nails. They said they could take us at the time we requested. When we arrived, we were asked to wait on the sofa. Not another customer was there. One staff person was talking on a phone via her blue tooth. The man started both pedi tubs and called us over. The woman staff person continued to talk on her call through 3/4 of my daughters gel pedi. The man, who worked on my toenails, was not gentle, and pushed and tugged on my feet. Neither ever said a word to us, but chattered to each other in Their language after she finally got off of her call. No other Customer ever walked in by 5:45. I understand why. $55 each later we each had a "semi" pedi that included about a 30 second leg rub (no lotion) and no hot wax, no salt rub, no warm washcloth on our feet, no oil - only toe area trims, pumice scrubs on heels, and gel paint. I don't recommend this salon.

Have been coming here for a while to get pedicures and so far they have been the best place to get them. The take extra care to make sure your nails are clipped and trimmed perfectly. They always get down in the cor ers to help prevent ingrown nails on the big toes, and getting the gel polish is the best. The massage chairs are nice too, and when you go in with multiple ppl it's nice to be able to get them all done together.

Not good! They can't do nail art. My daughter-in-law explained she wanted her gel toe polish removed with acetone and they said it was too much work so they scraped it off. They only take cash. Probably trying to avoid paying taxes

The quality of work was good, I didn't feel pressured, but really the issue I had was the smell. I don't know why but it smells like urine. Otherwise they were accommodating.Services: Pedicures

Great customer service! I loved my nails def will be coming back! Such a clean place and they were very quick to help me! Loved the experience ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
