The prescription I need is difficult to find and is often only sold at an astronomically high cost. Not only has Rock Canyon’s compound options been highly affordable, but they also deliver to my doorstep the same or next day after I call to request it. It has taken my situation of trying to find the meds I need from extremely stressful to very routine and easy. I am so grateful!

For those confused about why prescriptions can't always be filled immediately, this is actually a compounding pharmacy, it's likely your provider has asked them to literally make a custom medication for you, that takes time. That considered, I have had a fast and fantastic experience with this pharmacy, and strongly reccomend it!

This pharmacy is the best. They aren’t controlled by the massive pharmacy chains and can do what is best for the patients. Prices are reasonable, turnaround is fast, and service is excellent. The pharmacy tech even told me he hoped I would get better soon. This is a small business worth supporting. So grateful for them.

Eagle mountain resident here! I can’t express how greatly appreciated you guys are for delivering! It helps me out so much since I cannot leave my husband here for long periods of time. The other day a cute girl delivered my medication and I watched her take about 5 minutes to play with my elderly dog in the front yard and it was such a pure sight. You guys are the best ever!

Wish we could leave more stars, because this pharmacy is nearby, convenient (next to a small grocery store), and clean. And, we don't like being negative. Sadly, we just had yet again a thumbs-down experience with Rock Canyon Pharmacy. We are unhappy to report that the staff have almost universally been unfriendly--no one cracks a smile--and twice we've gone in and asked to pick up multiple prescriptions called in by doctors, only to get home and realize they only put one of the two or three in the bag. Once we were actually given someone ELSE'S prescription, which we didn't realize until (again) we were already home. (Luckily, the meds weren't ingested before we noticed the error.) We know everyone makes mistakes, and were ok with that. But such mishaps would be easier to handle if the staff made even a small effort to smile and act happy to see a customer walk in. Maybe Chick-fil-A could come in and do some customer service training . . . .

I switched from a huge national pharmacy chain to Rock Canyon Pharmacy (RCP) about 2 years ago, and I have never looked back. I am on many different medications (> 12 oral meds, and 2 hormone injectables), and I used to have big delays/hold ups, and have to play phone tag with the national chain pharmacy, and even after 7 years there, I was always treated indifferently as a stranger, and often it felt like I was an inconvenience to them. There is none of that with the super-kind, and always attentive people at Rock Canyon Pharmacy. They help me keep track of, and fill my refills on time, and if new prescriptions are needed, they automatically send in a refill request to the appropriate doctor’s office (I have 3+ different docs, and they each prescribe different medications).I am not particularly organized (actually, I’m quite disorganized), and Rock Canyon Pharmacy helps me keep track of everything. They also offer an on-line service that lists the medications, when they’re due to refill, and one can take charge and order refills on-line. Rock Canyon Pharmacy also has an amazing free delivery service. I used to have to go to the big chain pharmacy 3-6 times a month, because often there was some kind of glitch, that held up one, or more meds being refilled, and thus, multiple trips. With Rock Canyon Pharmacy, I can go months without having to call, or drive to their pharmacy, as they can take care of everything, or one can go “old-school,” and call for refills and drive to RCP to pick it/them up.I would be remiss if I didn’t emphasize how kind and helpful all the people at Rock Canyon Pharmacy are, from their Pharmacists, their Pharmacy Technicians, their delivery person(s), and everyone else I have worked with. I feel so fortunate to have found Rock Canyon Pharmacy (recommended by a good friend), and how grateful I am for the amazing care and services Rock Canyon Pharmacy provides me. Rock Canyon Pharmacy has a small town atmosphere, but offers world class services.I don’t usually bother with evaluations like this, but it would be lame of me not to share the good word(s) about Rock Canyon Pharmacy, because they are amazing, and I think we all deserve amazing. I hope at least one person will improve their life by choosing Rock Canyon Pharmacy.

Im giving this place 2 stars because yes the facility is clean and nice however I had the flu and my doctors office used this pharmacy because I needed a compound medication when I went in on Friday i was given two options 1) come back on Monday and pay the $57 bucks or 2) if I needed it today I needed to pay a $10 rush fee.... ARE YOU kidding me I am sick and needed my medication and they want to charge you extra to get it to someone who is sick same day. I wont ever recommend nor use this pharmacy again. I had no choice but to pay the extra fee because obviously I was sick with the flu and needed my medication then. But if that is how they do business I would rather not use them in the future.
