After dumping almost $2000 into this place to have my son’s truck fixed we walked away with exact same issue as we walked in there with. They just kept throwing different parts at it “thinking” that was the problem. Very disappointing. Would not recommend. Now we have to go throw more money at it to have someone else fix it. Unfortunate circumstance.

A overall great experience! They were able to completely repair my bumper in just three days, and even touched up a few dings I noticed after getting home. The service was personable and efficient and I am very pleased with the repair. Eric and Ron were so helpful.

Customer service is not the best!I recently called to make an appointment for an estimate for my car. The first person to answer was a guy and he hanged up on me while I was explaining my situation. I called again because my insurance selected this store. The second person who answered was a lady. I told her that the 1st guy hanged up on me, she completely ignored me and changed the topic.Very unprofessional.

I feel like I keep having issues with this place. I got my car fixed in July and, when I picked it up, it was missing a screw cap, wasn’t fully cleaned, and there was what appeared to be a “mist” on my then newly tinted windows that still can’t be wiped or cleaned away. I wonder if it was caused from overspray that occurred when they painted my car doors.Then, after being hit in an accident I thought I’d give this place another change. I needed my car repaired from the accident but also asked them to look into a strange noise that had started. I got a call my car was done, but the extra task I asked them to look into wasn’t done or remembered. My car wasn’t fully fixed by the time I left.Recently, I took my car to my dealership for an oil change. I was told the issue I showed them was almost positively due to shoddy work done back in July and that it can take time for it to show.I will not be returning.

This place takes away all the stress that comes with car accidents, damage, etc.The lady at the front desk was delightful! She was super transparent in explaining the costs in my quote and did an excellent job in keeping me updated on my car.The mechanic working on my car sent me texts throughout the week updating me on the car, as well as verifying any minor changes to the quote. When I first turned in my car it was a little muddy, but when I picked it up they had washed the entire exterior and even shined my tires! Seriously above and beyond what I expected from a service perspective.Finally, when the repair was completed, they finished ahead of schedule and the bill was actually cheaper than the quoted price! All around amazing service from the folks at Riverside, 10/10 experience for me.Services: Tires

DON’T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID! I was referred over here by a trusted mechanic. Called in asking about getting an estimate for a car that only needs cosmetic repair. They asked about insurance and I let them know I had insurance but wasn’t going to use it. They said it was fine to bring the car in at anytime, no appointment required for an estimate. Well, me and my husband got up early and got me to work so he could get an estimate there. I’ll spare the details but we did a lot to make it work in the hours they are open 9-5. They TURNED HIM AWAY stating he had to get an estimate with the insurance first. CROOKS. Places will do this so they can max out repair prices with the insurance and have it look fair. It’s bull. Don’t go here. I’m so mad. It’s not that hard to look at a car and give an estimate of what it would cost at your shop to repair. It’s blocking consumers from making informed decisions. I’m now thinking over the relationship I have with my favorite mechanic over this too. It’s just bad business to waste a customers time.

I had to wait a long time for my car to be repaired, but the results were worth it.They did an excellent job with everything. They did miss something the first time, my wing mirror needed to be replaced, but after I told them and they confirmed, they replaced it with no hassle or additional charge.

Rude staff. They were annoyed that I was calling for a quote. Go to Dent Shield. He quoted me over the phone with some pictures. His price was fair, and his service was impeccable.

These guys went above and beyond what I expected! I had aftermarket cosmetics that I thought I'd have to replace again but they reinstalled them all! They also were very quick and professional. I highly recommend and will go back here for anything else.Service: Body & Trim

This place did my repairs and qoute for my insurance to send a check. When they called me and told me it was done and needed to be picked up they said the battery is "all of the sudden" not working and they wanted 314$ out of pocket to install a new one. 314$ is outrageous to install a car battery. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSWHERE
