The doctor I saw was fabulous. I came in with a concern of an ovarian cyst they were able to schedule me an ultrasound that day.

This company sent me a bill for $200, They called me and asked me to email them a photo of my ear so they could review it to see whether I needed any surgery. I never agreed to pay anything or even make an appointment. I showed the bill to my wife and she said: "Scammers!" I expect this sort of thing from call centers in India but not Utah. I will not be paying this bill!!!

A bill I didn't know I had got sent to collections and I had to pay that way. The app didn't reflect my balance, neither did the website, but when I called Revere Health they shrugged and said they didn't know why I only ever got notified by physical mail, but I definitely owed them money. Luckily it wasn't a large balance, but if it had been then I'd be totally screwed. The inconsistency does not breed confidence in their services.

Hands down my favorite urgent care, staff are always friendly and helpful. There can be some long wait times when busy but they always make it comfortable while you wait.

I paid a bill in office before my appointment, and asked them to charge that days visit as well. Apparently they didn’t because I had a statement sent… which my neighbor got. I didn’t receive it till 2 months later. 10 days after they had already sent it to collections. No other attempt to reach me was made. Funny for how much they preach the texting availability. Thanks for the unnecessary headache and charges. The care was great, but I don’t care to work with a company that is so quick to work with collection agencies without first contacting their patients. Screw you guys.

TLDR; family medicine has been fine, billing is terribly outdated and I'm considering finding a new doctor over it, and they add an extra, unnecessary everywhere but here, step that makes getting Adderall a bigger pain than it already has beenCare here has been totally fine. We have come here for family medicine and behavioral medicine. Had a one doctors we didn't like, switched with no problems. It's nice having an in house pharmacy. My major gripe is billing. They are old school and do snail mail exclusively. Problem is I think I also get some notifications of bills from text or email, pay them and then have no way of knowing which I have and haven't already paid. There is no way to check your balance without speaking over the phone with someone from billing, and there is no family grouped billing either (maybe that's not unique to Revere), you pay bills for each individual persons account. The only portal to pay your bills doesn't show you a balance, and Revere health's patient portal literally has no information on it, no billing, nor medical information, without manually entering it in yourself.Maybe it's petty, but we literally got our credit score affected because we never check snail mail, because we never get any snail mail ever that isn't ads, and missed a bill we could have easily paid. Now that we have kids, juggling bills across multiple accounts makes it that much more tedious. I wish I could just pay at the door.Lastly, when trying to get Adderall, every doctor, in 4 different states I've lived in, for the past 15 years I've been on Adderall has given me three months of prescription, each with a cannot-fill-until date to prevent abuse. Then I go in for a checkup and get another 3. Only here have I had to call the doctor every single month to have them send it to the pharmacy, then I have to call the pharmacy to have them process it. ADHD makes it hard enough to remember to fill your prescription each month, much less have to take several extra steps, several days ahead of time.

Called today to see if we could get a prescription refill. The person that answered the phone by the name of Christie got agitated with me because I asked her if she could just go ahead and transfer me to the nurse. She was rather mean it’s the second time I’ve had to deal with her. I’ve never filed a complaint before, so I hope this one doesn’t go unnoticed

My husband was seen here for a severe sore throat. The doctor wrote off his pain and wrote off what he was going through as allergies. They tried forcing one medication onto him and wouldn’t swap it despite our insurance not covering it. This ended in the result of 2 emergency room visits for his throat closing off completely and a scheduled emergency surgery for his tonsils needing to be removed for severe tonsillitis and an abscess in his throat. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY DONT LISTEN TO YOUR PROBLEMS AND TRY TO SELL MEDICATION INSTEAD OF TREAT YOUR SYMPTOMS.

This is the most incompetent doctors office in the Provo Valley. I am writing a review after much patience and several visits. This latest visit was to specifically request lab work done, which they didn't end up even ordering. I had to call and call just to speak with anyone. I am informed that I will have to come back to do the lab work again because they never ordered it. While doctors have many patients, to not have notes or anything to help recall a patient is inexcusable. The office is unprofessional, and no one there takes accountability. It is always someone else's fault, or the patients who they condescend to deal with. If the people there had to actually earn their frequent vacation time, they would never qualify. Dr. Ryan, under Dr. Justin Jones, dismissed me entirely, and I have to pay for their inexcusable laziness and criminal lack of organization.

Update: I left without seeing a provider. I waited for more than an hour and wasn’t seen. What a joke of an urgent care center. I do not recommend going here. I hope the manager sees this and does something about it.Original Review: I’m writing this while waiting in a freezing cold room to be seen. It has been over an hour since I checked in and I still haven’t seen a provider. The worse part is the staff didn’t inform me how long of a wait it would be and no one has kept me updated. This has been a miserable experience. I’m debating walking out before I even see the provider.

I went there 2 separate times for the same problem. Saw 2 different doctors. I was in so much pain and they basically blew me off and implied I was making it up or overreacting because there was nothing wrong with me. I asked for testing and they both said no I didn’t need it, go home and drink a Gatorade. The third time I went to the ER instead because I passed out. I was in surgery within an hour of being admitted. I don’t want to divulge medical information but this was an emergency surgery. The source of my pain had also caused me to be septic as the ER found on my blood work. If they had done the test I had asked for, or any testing, they probably would have realized they were wrong and my pain was real. I would never go back to this urgent care, knowing that multiple of the doctors couldn’t take the time to find the cause of my pain, putting my life at risk.

Just stay far away. The practice itself is a clown organization. I'm not even sure they have doctors onsite majority of the time, it's always just nurse practitioners when I have been in. It's just an assembly line of patients they are trying to get out the door as quickly as possible to free up a room without truly addressing patient's issues. Even worse is their billing department. They are shady and combative. They tried to bill me for a visit that happened two years previous they had forgotten to send a bill for.

I had two appointments with Ryan Thurston about getting a new prescription for my already diagnosed adhd and it was a stressful, frustrating and unprofessional experience. When prescribed the first medication, i recognized it and voiced some concerns. None of those concerns were resolved and he kept responding with the same thing that didn't even relatively respond to my concern. The medication that I was given, while it still works for some, wasn't even FDA approved for ADHD.After a month of the medication I was given not working, I went back in and was told that it must be because my diagnosis is wrong?? It couldn't possibly be because I was given a medication that isn't normally used to treat adhd. For some reason typical first line adhd medications were a "last resort".He took it upon himself to explain how I should study with ADHD as if I haven't been doing that my whole life. On top of that he told me that I should use my phone less and not spend a lot of time watching videos, which sure, that makes sense, except for the fact that I don't watch that stuff! He didn't even think to ask if it could be an issue, he just assumed and then explained how that could be causing my inattentiveness. There were multiple times during the appointment that I was so frustrated that I had to hold back tears. Finally at the end of the appointment he prescribed a medicine that is a first line adhd medicine BUT he didn't explain any of the side effects and forgot to mention that it was a controlled substance. He told me that it was very similar to the medicine I was already taking. So I took it upon myself to research the drug that I was about to take. And let me tell you, it is not at all similar to the first drug I was prescribed. And I could go on and on even more about what went wrong here. But in the end just save yourself the time and money and find somewhere else to go.

Doctor Ryan Thurston is completely unprofessional. He has no regards for his patients. He wound up yelling at me because I arrived at 11:30 instead of 11:20 and refused to meet with me for longer than the two seconds he was there. He did not actually help me with my issue and violently yelled at me and was vulgar when saying that I would never be seen in this office again after I told him I would give him a low rating. He told the ladies at the front desk to tell me something was wrong with my insurance when in all reality everything was fine. So he lied to make more money to pay out of pocket. He also made it so I could not schedule an appointment with the weight loss clinic or anything surrounding Revere Health. I don't know how the other doctors are as I will not have the opportunity of going back but I rate this clinic one star. No one should schedule with this doctor or anyone who lets this doctor work for them. He also locked me in the room and I had to ask to be let out.The receptionists are kind.

I always notice the older receptionists are a lot more customer service oriented and more kind than the younger receptionists at the front desk. I feel like they are annoyed when you ask them questions and are cold. I think they should be audited by staff from other offices as undercover patients with both in person and over the phone so you can test them and give them feedback from time to time. I’ve been going to this practice for 9 years now and have noticed this as a common thing. Customer service and kindness are lacking from the front desk receptionists, referring to the the young staff that works there.
