Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful front desk staff, along with the overall excellent service provided by the staff, including housekeeping and parking attendants. The hotel’s common areas, including the lobby and restrooms, are consistently clean and neat, reflecting the staff's dedication to cleanliness. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet or restaurant menu at an extra charge, although dinner was not utilized. Free onsite parking in a garage makes it easy to park once and explore the area without needing a car. Its prime location places most fun places within a block or two, making it ideal for travelers looking to enjoy Provo’s attractions. The conference facilities are suitable for smaller events, such as the Utah Valley marathon expo, with a clean and orderly environment. While there was a minor issue with early housekeeping entry on checkout day, overall, the staff’s friendliness and the hotel’s amenities make it a highly recommended place to stay in Provo.
Good convention area. The hotel does have a concierge floor so helpful if you want a quick snack or breakfast options.

Great location in Provo city center, with free onsite parking garage. Nice clean rooms with excellent service. Breakfast buffet or restaurant menu for an extra charge. We did not use the restaurant for dinner. Pets are not allowed

A perfectly positioned hotel in the center of a bunch of fun places. You can park in the garage then you never need to access your car again, everything is within a block or two.
