This place is a rip off. They would take your money and And they wouldn’t refund back your money. I booked a room at them, and when I was trying to head to the location, each corner of the street was blocked due to construction, and when I contact the lady to have my refund Due to poor travel and they wouldn’t refund it back saying it’s against the policy and they are so unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend this place. Bad service!!!!!!

Room was somewhat clean.
VJ and Dogo the Property Managers were kind and pleasant.
VJ told me he would hire me to work for the Front Office.
Jessica at the front desk didn’t seem to understand how a to use the computer properly.
Jessica Henderson arrived one week prior to my check in from a nice little place called Concord in Nevada .
Wade the maintenance man yelled at me and every time I stepped outside my room he walked past.
Lupe the housekeeper brings her kids to work and I helped them all learn a little English language during my stay.
I paid for an entire week
But
Only was given 5 nights
For some strange reason the room I stayed in only had HOT water in the taps.
Wade “fixed it “ but I never got cold water and he threw my nice clothes on the dirty floor.
Thanks for the employment offer VJ.
When did you want me to take over your job and apartment?
Safety: The front office is located behind bulletproof glass doors.
Press the buzzer and someone might come to the window.

Unfortunately I can’t put negative stars on this!!! Absolutely the worst place!!!! Picture that we seen on the Experian website are not of this S-hole.. Bed (Mattress only) was on a plywood base, no box spring and the smell that was wafting out of the room was disgusting!! The shower curtain was brown ( originally white) ?
Made them refund after my husband booked the room.. unfortunately our friend is having a harder time getting his due to booking on line and the shady owners of the S-Hole are denying the refund!!!!

By far the worst stay hotel I’ve ever experienced. It was super sketchy, not clean, and not safe. Some rando guy on drugs at 2:30am started screaming and pounding things together, swearing, and pounding on doors. If your trying to save money just book one of the nicer hotels for your safety!

This was the worst room, no clock, tv not user friendly and only in spanish with Joey's firestick on it, (I didn't ask) the bed was 4 pieces of wood with a plywood base, no box spring just a mattress put on top. No table , drawers, phone. It smelt like stale smoke. I didn't even get undressed to sleep. Not sound proof AT ALL. Fairly sketchy place. Worst 88 bucks I have ever spent!!!!!!!

Given that my previous edit of this review was rather negative, one would imagine that I'd never come back to this hotel. Funny enough, I found myself in a very similar situation that I was in back in 2019, and did end up staying at this hotel again for 2 weeks. During that time, I was quite impressed with the improvements that were made since my last stay here!The staff was responsive, and had no issues extending my stay on the multiple times that doing so was needed. While there were still some issues with the room I stayed in, it had none of the issues I had reported previously, and they were nearly unnoticeable in my day-to-day.Truth is, this place is perhaps the cheapest hotel you're going to find in Provo, and for the price it honestly isn't bad. Sure, there's no free breakfast or fancy cable to the TV's, but those are things I didn't need. They more than make up for it by offering such a low rate, and they even have the ability to take payments via Venmo (I didn't use that to pay for my stay, but I certainly saw the appeal)!The one and only negative (if you could call it that) was an odd bulge in the floor between the bed and the bathroom. It wasn't bad enough to trip me up, but it easily made its presence known when I forgot about it.Nearby activities: Historic Downtown Provo is just a few blocks up the road. Even if you can't find a rentable scooter nearby, UVX is quite conveniently placed. Last time I toured HDP, I found a rather enjoyable VR Lounge that certainly did not disappoint! There is also The Good Move Cafe a couple blocks North of HDP, which has some amazing food and a large selection of games (I do have a review of that location).Walkability: This hotel is very close to the nearby UVX Route and one of its stops, not to mention an easy walking distance to Historic Downtown Provo. There are plenty of nearby amenities, and I'm told the Hispanic restaurant right across the street has some amazing food (I sadly could not find the time to go myself)!

Definitely not the place you bring your family. Lots of questionable things going on. Not impressed.Safety: I wouldn't leave anything of value in the room if I wasn't there.

Think twice before you stay here. It's a cheap motel. After checking in, I had to go back to ask for hand soap and towels because the room had nothing more than a bed and TV. I'll never stay here again or even recommend it to even people i don't like!!

Wasn't worth the $85+ a night. Very basic, very few amenities. Could have been a little cleaner and a little better maintained for the price. A few good things, came with a fridge and microwave, clean bed and beading.

I have been here 3 times from the CAP program and honestly this is not a bad place it's very nice compared to sleeping on the streets. I am just grateful that these people work with CAP.

Rooms could use some help and not cool to rent out rooms that maintaine is in and out of the room tracking mud and dirt into the room and use the towels in the room to wipe up wet floor leaving guest with dirty muddy wet
