The process of getting a unit was much easier than I expected and the unit itself was surprisingly nice and new. Our belongings are secure and out of the way, and the staff is very helpful and courteous.

The customer service at this Provo Central Storage is some of the best I have ever had. Suzanne and Geri were super helpful, understanding and willing to help me in a pinch. I will only ever use them from now on. I felt taken care of, appreciated and important.
