Professional Nails on Federal Street in Provo is wonderful… the people working in the spa are friendly… kind and professional. The shop was super clean… so relaxing !!!
Cleanliness: The shop is spotless… and clean… such a relaxing environment… thank you ?
Stylist: The lady that did my pedi was very efficient… she did a fabulous professional job.

I always love getting my nails done at Perfessionail. Tina is the best. She always has the best designs, and she'll even do designs that you see on Google or Pinterest .
Requested style: I requested Tina to do a design that I had found on Pintrest.

this place always exceeds my expectations. they are all great at what they do, and always go above and beyond. I have been going here the last 2–4 years. There has never been a night nail design they have not been able to do.
Requested style: I switch between designs as well as nail and color, and they always are able to match the exact color, the exact shape and size, and style, and they are always able to do the designs that I pick out whether they are hard or easy.
Specialties: I always have a different designing color each time I get my nails done, and they have never complained nor not figured out a way to make it happen. The nail designs always match the pictures that I bring in spoke to.
Cleanliness: This place is one of the top nail salons. I've been to over the years of going to nail salons.
Stylist: Brian, Tina, and erin are all great when it comes to the manicures and nail designs. Tina's parents are also great with the pedicures.

If you want some good nails, DO NOT go here!!!!! If you want to get stabbed in the finger twice and have the all the nails fall off within 2 days then this is the place to go! They do not take the proper time and care to do these nails properly. My girlfriend spent $75 when they fell off super quickly (she even had work off that week so it definitely wasn’t on her) and $45 to get stabbed. Go find a better place for your own sake!

This place wasn’t bad. It’s not my favorite nail salon, but it wasn’t bad. We were from out of town and they were able to get four of us in for a pedicure when I called ahead. Two of our texts were super nice and personal and two of them weren’t. But the work was good. My daughter smudged her toes about 10 minutes after we left though, she’s nine so I guess, that’s about on par.

I went after having a bad experience else where. Tina and Brian took excelent care of me. They listened to my concerns and found solutions to repair the damage done by another salon. Tina and Brian are very caring on their clients! They have won my buusness!

I have been coming here for 8 years. Brian and Tina are fabulous! The service is great. They are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company and them to everyone.
Requested style: Tina always knows and remembers exactly what I want and my color. She has an incredible memory.
Cleanliness: The salon is always very tidy.
Stylist: Tina is my primary stylist. Once in awhile Brian will do my nails. Brian does my pedicure and foot massage. They are very good.

This place is AMAZING! I almost don’t want to say how great it is so I can keep it a secret, but I have to give credit where it’s due. Tina did my nails and paid such attention to detail and let me take my time, and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. No rush at all, which I almost always feel from nail salons. My nails are INCREDIBLE!! Like literally identical to the inspo photo I showed her. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend.

The people working there are friendly, but the lady who did my nails seemed very rushed and didn’t do a very good job. When I’m paying $50 for a manicure, I expect it to be of high quality. I could have done a better job myself. Not worth the price.
