I just visited Prime Auto Glass for a decent sized rock chip repair on my truck.I picked them because they were half the price of the other place that I called. The office staff was incredibly kind and professional. They had a clean and quiet waiting area with wifi that I used for work while they did the repair. They were super fast and finished in about 25 minutes (as quoted)The technician did a great job on the quality of the chip fill. Nice and smooth and I can barely see it now. To top it off, when I got in my truck to leave I noticed they had cleaned the entire inside and outside of the windshield. They cleaned all the normal interior haze out out of the corners and hard to reach areas, leaving it crystal clear. They are my new go-to for glass and I will undoubtedly be recommending them to family and friends. Thanks.

This place is great, the service is straightforward and prices are better than anywhere else in the valley. The owner helped me out and he’s the nicest dude who hooked me up with a little discount to sweeten the deal. They did a fantastic job! They reached out about 2 business days after I submitted my claim with my insurance and they were notified of the claim. I got scheduled the same week they called and I dropped it off, went home for 3-4 hours and they were done! The glass looked so great when I walked up and as I was driving that I had to grab some pictures! I think they did a fantastic and clean job. There was some smudges on the passenger seat from something that wasn't there before but it could be wiped away fairly easy. The glass itself was really clean with no smudges! I had an excellent experience at Prime Auto Glass today. I brought my Honda Pilot in to get the windshield replaced.The communication was great leading up to the appointment including text reminders. I went with these guys because they were $20 cheaper. They damaged my rear view mirror (in picture). It’s hard to see in the picture but you can tell that they were really squeezing the mirror to get it off of the old windshield and it left ‘separation scars’ on the entire edge of the mirror face. They also left a lot of rubber crumbs all over my dashboard from removing the old windshield and didn’t even clean it off.Lastly, I was driving my vehicle one day after I had the new windshield installed and I could hear something faintly clapping on my car that hadn’t been there before and so when I inspected my car, I seen that they didn’t completely secure one of the trim pieces that surrounded the windshield.When it comes to doing a specific job, you should do quality work doing that specific job. You only have one job to do, not a ton of different things, you should have mastered that ONE job. You’re a public business. If you damage someone’s property, you should ethically repair it. Do a quality job.I’ll pay the extra money next time to get a true professional to do my windshield.

I had this place tint my truck. They were able to get me in the same day and were really helpful, courteous, and thorough in the explanation of the services and options they offer. They even pointed out SUPER tiny little chips and scratches in my windows and explained how it might affect the tint on the windows - it was something that I would've never noticed or anyone else for that matter. They did a great job and I was really happy with their service.

The wait time was very satisfying only 2hours, I thought I would be out of a car for at least 12hours. Thank you again! I would recommend Prime Auto Glass to anyone. After calling around for price quotes, I found they beat out the competition handily. They were friendly and professional, and they got me in and out exactly on time as quoted. I'm very happy with my new windshield. It pains me to write this, because the windshield was replaced flawlessly. However, the bill was an out of control “nickel and dime” scam. I was charged $150 extra because of “missed appointments”. Showing up on the correct day but rescheduling the time because of car trouble (battery died) should not be a $100. While they did good work, it was definitely not worth the extra money. Go somewhere else.

I had an 5-star experience doing business with Prime auto glass. This was my first time getting a windshield replaced and I will be definitely coming back in the future. They had the best pricing I could find in the area, and that included the calibration that my vehicle needed along with the installation. They went above and beyond working on my car, including staying beyond store hours to try and finish my vehicle. I will recommend all my friends to them for future needs!Services: Installation
