On August 9th I stopped at Prime Auto Glass because of the great reviews I read about their business. I met with Julio and talked about replacing my cracked windshield, which was an insurance claim. My insurance company wanted me to go with Safelite but told me I could go where I wanted. I stuck with Prime and Julio said they happen to have a windshield in stock and could do it that day. I made arrangements, dropped it off and got a call from a woman who worked there, an hour later, telling me the windshield in stock was scratched so they had to order another one. (totally understandable) She said they deliver every 2 weeks and said they’d call me when it came in.
After 3 weeks I finally called them back and she acted like she never heard of me. We went over the whole situation again and told me they’d have to go to a Hyundai dealer because it was a windshield that had to be calibrated because of the wires in it. She asked for my number again which I told her and reminded her it was the same number she called 3 weeks earlier to. She said I’ll call you back today and tell you what the dealer said.
It’s now been an additional 2 weeks without hearing anything. We finally went to Safelite today thinking it would take a while to get this “specialized” windshield but now have an appointment with them Monday morning for the installation.
I still believe this is a good company but poor communication with customers can steer you away leaving you extremely dissatisfied.

100% would recommend! I was able to get my car in the same day I called for a quote. Not only was the pricing amazing but they provided me with all the information I need to decide with what to go with.

Julio at Prime Auto Glass was so wonderful! The whole office communicated very well and were so friendly. They were very fast and did excellent work. Plus, they did all of the calibration for my lane assist and rain sensing windshield! I would definitely use them again!

I needed a rear windshield replaced and they got me right in and with a very fair price. The staff is courteous and professional. I'll be going back when it's time to replace my front windshield!

Communication was not there. Kept messing up my windshield request order. Was called back 3 times in 1 day and the lady acted as if she had never spoken with me. After I mentioned to her I already had an appointment and this is the 3rd time we are going over it she said she has just had a busy day ( I could understand that but after the 3rd time repeating the same conversation that was ridiculous) went in for my appointment and they had the order wrong and didn’t have scheduled to do the tint ( I was very specific about needing the ceramic tint done to help with the heat blocking) after back and forth they finally added it. When I picked up my vehicle… they did not have the ceramic tint added. Very frustrating and a waste of time.

I went in to get a big chip repair but found that it had cracked too big to repair. I had to get the windshield replaced. They did an excellent job. They didn’t make me reschedule or anything to get the windshield repaired. They even got me finished, an out the door before rush-hour traffic hit they explained everything very well. They are set up to except insurance. Mine was State Farm. I would recommend Prime Auto Glass to anyone

I had a great experience with this company. I was in a bind and needed two windows replaced quickly. They were able to get the windows installed the next day and did excellent work. The receptionist coordinating the work was pleasant and her customer service was exceptional.
