Came here today and was left disappointed not in the booths but in the worker, not friendly and came to work with a massive cough, it’s sick season and you should be staying home if sick. Bring my kids there and makes me nervous because i don’t want them sick and i have a baby so even more nervous now. Had to leave as soon as I heard the cough.

As a buyer: I love shopping at Pre Loved for clothing for myself as well as for my kids! A secondhand shop that looks, feels and smells like a boutique is an absolute brilliant idea and makes an amazing shopping experience. I’ve gotten incredible deals on name brand clothing. You can find amazing quality items for cheaper than any thrift store in town, especially if you hit the discount days.
As a seller: I recently rented a booth to sell some of my clothes. It was a seamless experience where you can tag items at home with prices you’re comfortable selling. The app made it easy to keep track of sales and choose your own discounts. Set up and take down was easy. I’d say to hold off on designer clothing and save that for Poshmark as people are looking for great deals. My Madewell, Bohme and Jcrew items sold well. I was happy to make money on things that no longer fit me and can now be enjoyed by someone else!

I didn’t have a great experience but the fact that the manager of this store reached out and truly wanted to have a positive turn around to my experience says a lot about management.

Turned away from a good sale due to card app only no cash payment. Even cash is the only option for most consumers. But with their card only payment others are discouraged shopping there

Oh my gosh!!!! I love Preloved! Such a cute place to shop! The couple times I’ve been the sweetest employee, Rebekah Neyman, made me feel so welcomed and she helped me with anything I needed! Seriously the best experience ever!

Preloved is a great place to find super cheap stuff! $5 for a button down and basketball shorts? Yes please! Even as a guy there are usually a couple booths with great finds, especially later in the week when the discounts stack up. Aria was super helpful with navigating the discounts. Their DM shopping on IG is also super handy and I’ve snagged several items that way. I would recommend stopping by once a week just to check out the new vendors. You don’t want to miss a deal!
