I love their stuff! They have good fragrance oils for a decent price and you can smell them in store, which is important to me since there are so many bad smells out there.Edit: After doing more research, I no longer shop here because you can get the same quality of oils online for a fraction of the price.

This shop is the only shop in my local area that has soap making supplies at wholesale pricing. They have a decent selection, but honestly I am not sure how they stay in bussiness.This is the third time I have made the 35 minute drive out to their location only to find that they had closed early with no warning to the public. When the owner is there to help she is typically cordial but I would not call it a friendly buying experience. If the teenage girls are the ones working that day, they act like I have ruined their day by coming in.I typically go out of my way to leave good reviews, and let leave it alone if a company has a bad day. But this is a definite pattern for this company.

First of all I used to live in utah so I know what and how pinemedows is ran .vi moved to Arizona and 8 ordered a hundred dollars worth of products from them. First they let my order sit in theirs store for a week because they don't deliver to a PO BOX. I called in to find out where my pkg was the owner said we need another address so I gave it her. She repeated it back to me and still put onto the pkg wrong I have spent 3 days locating my pkg. When I called her she was rude condescending she tried playing I gave her the wrong address but while on the phone repeated the correct address I ask for my shipping to be refunded but she raised her voice and said it's not her problem and she's done talking to me even though I like their products I will never give them my business after how I was treated I own my own business and I would never treat a costumers like her she exactly why I left the state of utah.
