“The prices are much better, $0.35 cheaper than the Maverick across the street when I went last, although later that day, it went up $.05. However, the pumps are slow, and it’s usually crowded, and it’s one directional, so you might be pulling the hose over your car. Also the QR code scan system they have is often buggy.”
“We've enjoyed a Costco membershipsfor years but decided to try Sam's also. We prefer the clientele and the assortment of patron - desired - inventory ( The Costco muffin debacle being an example of pride-based purchasing over what customers desire at Costco) so we now go to Sam's more than we go to Costco. They're baked goods are on par and better than Costco's as I mentioned before and all of the other items they have are more in sync with customer driven interests. Always in stock and friendly staff. Not to mention Costco clientele have become kind of like Disneyland shoppers where you feel rushed and hurried and pushed through the aisles. None of that exists as Sam's.”
“The best pharmacy ever. We have been using it for years. They are competitively priced with chain pharmacies, but their service is 100 times better. They are lightening fast on filling subscriptions and are super helpful and friendly. Walk in with a prescription and walk out three minutes later with it filled and a smile on you face!”
“I love the Sam's club Tire shop. It was honestly the main reason I bought a membership in the first place. I have gone there for new tires, many rotations, TPMS sensors, batteries, and probably more.
I think they have the best prices, better quality. When you buy stuff from them they install the batteries for free, rotate the tires for free, fix flats for free, and they're just an awesome group. I think I've only had a single less than positive experience. The only complaint is to set appointments I have to go through the international call center which is annoying if I can't get to the store to set the appointment in person.”

“Smith's is my go to grocery store in Provo. They have really good sales, well except for Soda lately lol... But Soda anywhere has gotten so expensive as everything has... But They also have digital coupons you can clip before going to the store or even while you shop, but before you check-out that gives you extra savings, plus you earn fuel points, and with fuel prices anymore, you gotta save everywhere you can. Friday's are double points day too. I just wish they'd start carrying the Salted Carmel Twix!!”

“Needed some photos for passport and visa. They did great on the passport photos. I needed a digital 4 x 3 photo for a visa application to Japan and they were unable to do this. They could only do 2 x 2. I went to FedEx to get the digital photo I needed.”
“There are many reasons why I love this Sam's Club, but their customer service has to be my #1 reason. We were having issues with our membership. Eric at the customer service desk was not only patient and helpful, but he helped me find the best solution! Every time we come in and there something we want out of stock, or an issue with a product the staff goes above and beyond to make sure our experience is the best. I used to love Costco, but the Provo Sam's Club has turned me into a true convert!”
“Great place. I always choose to have my prescriptions sent here. There is never any line inside, only 1 or 2 cars ahead of you in the drive thru, but they are fast. Prescriptions are filled within like 15 minutes of them being sent over. There is never any hold nor wait time on the phone, they pick up on the first dial. Their phone and app for refills works so well, and they are filled within 15 minutes. Every staff member is kind and works in your behalf with insurance to get you your meds. I live in Orem, and am always willing to drive down to Provo just for my pills, way better than Walgreens close to home.”
“Good service from the staff. Closing for an hour lunch is not convenient. Usually open until 6 or 7 pm. So, I can usually make it after work but not always during my lunch hour and never before work. They open at 9 am.”
“I have been trying to find a good pharmacy for the last year. Every one has been hard to get ahold of or has messed up getting me my medications when needed.However, fresh market has been wonderful. They always answer the phone and help me with everything I need, even calling other pharmacies for me when I needed a prescription transferred again because my old pharmacy failed to when I requested.In summary, fresh market is fast, friendly and easy to work with. I definitely recommend!”

“Really close to BYU campus, which makes this pharmacy the most convenient for students (even those without a car). The staff are always very helpful in getting prescriptions transferred and working with your doctor. If you try to call, whatever phone system they have won't let you talk to a real person, instead you have to leave a voicemail and they will get back to you. They are usually pretty responsive though, and the CVS app makes a lot of things easier so you don't really have to call unless a unique issue comes up.”
“This pharmacy is the best one in Provo. Everything I have ever gotten filled here is accurate and the employees are always friendly and kind. They also fill prescriptions fast, which is really nice when you are in a hurry!”

“I am often, very frustrated with this Pharmacy, but I just had wonderful service from them in the last few minutes. I left a voicemail about two prescriptions and the fact that I can’t access the app anymore. I actually received a callback within five minutes of me leaving the voicemail. The tech said that he would push my prescription request through and have them ready in half an hour, and he gave me the phone number for who I need to call to get help with the app. For some reason, after using the app for six years, they are telling me that my password is wrong. The problem is that there is no place on that screen to change your password. Maybe that’s to better protect my medical information. I’m not sure. But it is frustrating. However, five stars for the tech in Provo Utah today for helping me so quickly.”

“I needed to get prescription filled straight away for a minor illness. After seeing a doctor at the Urgent Care Clinic. Especially when we are on our holiday from Australia. The medication was not available straight away the staff member insured that I will get the medication in about 1 hour. I am very grateful the medication was available for pick-up as promised.”

“I love this place! Almost a perfect spot, the only problem is that it only opens at 8, not 7. All my friends and I would totally go every morning at 7:30 to pick up donuts and drinks for our 8 am classes if it were open.”
