Great customer service and great service time! We needed a battery for our family car and it was a Saturday afternoon. They said they would do their best to get it done same-day but that it may have to wait until Monday. Two hours later, we had a call saying it was ready!

It is not often that you find an auto shop willing to stay after hours to help you get on the road as soon as possible. Master Auto could have made more money by demanding to require a major repair, instead they provided quick honest repairs- allowing me to return home in AZ. They are awesome!!

Vic was very helpful. He is so knowledgeable and gave me some great tips. Not only that but he was so kind. He didn’t even make me pay the pre-purchase inspection fee of $75. It was so generous of him to do that. Especially because I am on a college budget and this is my first car. Thank you Vic and master autotech!
