they talked to eachother loudly and drilled into me and my friends nails we were in pain the whole night day. they filed so aggressively and saw i was pain and didn’t ask if i was ok or said sorry. that would be the last time i go there. the girls there didn’t listen to the color my friend wanted and gave her the color i have and talked to me in there language ( which is totally ok) but i didn't under stand and they knew that because i was talking in english . it hurt so bad and im never coming back

Le Nail was so disappointing because it was very rude that while we were getting our nails done they talked non stop to each other in their language we felt very unwelcome
Totally rude and every time we go we end up with a broken bail within a day or two

Wish i could give them zero stars because i was told it would be 30 minutes to wait then i stepped away for a minute and three people came in and instead of saying that i was in front of them he told me that i was going to have to wait another 3 hours. So i went somewhere else and got what i wanted and was treated like some one that mattered

Came in for a pedicure, it was fine. She shortened my nails a lot & I didn't ask for that. My polish wasn't great & I noticed a lot on my skin. She kept talking to the other technician & basically ignored me. I swear they were talking about me. ?

DO NOT GO HERE! Went there for a take off and just a gel manicure (cuz they did not have the dip) She broke one of my natural nails when just peeling off the nail instead of soaking. (I haven't been wearing nails long) this was the point of getting my nails done. The light hurt my nail when using so that was strange. After curing the gel polish it cracked and looked horrible. The she tried to fix it and literally looks like a 5 year old did it. Took forever to have gross nails after spending $40! 2 days and they look horrible and I have an event this weekend. The lady was worse than the job she did! Worse experience I have ever had! Can't believe this place takes up space in Provo Mall too bad I can't add pics save your money!
