I just stopped in to grab a pack of gum and to use the restroom as unfortunately, I'm one of the "lucky" ones who was blessed with IBS. Holy Moses, they were extremely rude. I understand the reasons for suspicion and their less than kind, courteous "service" as it is a high traffic corner. There are many around this particular area who struggle with homelessness and also suffer with untreated substance abuse disorder. But in MY world one would do far better and go much further in life, absent of such cruel judgment and assumptions and sheer lack of empathy for their fellow human beings. Regardless of the quite apparent chip on their shoulders, there is absolutely nothing about my appearance that might suggest I am of the same demographic. Is it the backpack? That's just plain silly. I simply don't care for women's purses. My backpack doubles as my "purse" AND it holds my braces, compression items and compression garments. I have a million and one physical impairments as well. Oh...perhaps it's the absolutely rockin "men's cut" and friggin fantastic shade of pink I'm currently reppin that influenced triggered the ignorance. Well friends, welcome to the world of- "your hair and everything else about one's outward presentation tells jack all about one's true character and values ". What an absolute CRAZY concept, aye!! ? If i had less self respect and less constitution of character, maybe i should have just stalked straight out of that bathroom after the 500th pound on the door, with my rearend plastered with "waste" and completely disregarded the mess in and on the toilet. Forget washing my hands cause ya know, "homeless drug addicts" pay no regard to hygeine and cleanliness. Sarcasm of course. ?? i wont be a patron of that place of business ever again. Jeez...do better ladies!! May you have the day and the life you deserve.

The store has suffered so much since the new ownership. But if it's 120 degrees outside, and you don't want to walk in to a gasstation for a Soda or pepsi, they do have a drive thru, I don't know if they still use it or not.. but all "Shell" or "Crest" as they were called.. IDK.. I don't go here much anyway since Sodalicious moved in next door to me.. omg

This is, by FAR, the most trustworthy gas station anyone could ever ask for. It's one thing treating frequent customers friendly and with rapport, but it's a whole different level of trust when you lose your wallet and they go to extreme lengths to ensure its back in my hands. That's why I return to this store, because of my idiocy tendencies, I'm able to know if I pull a d*** move here? I'll know they'll help to to great measures.

I've never had a problem with this place until a while back when I asked for a pink torch lighter to light my candles with. I was in the Drive-Thru. The guy had to stand on a ladder to reach it and when he brought it to me it was orange. I said no, that's not pink can I get a different one. He threw the biggest attitude at me and refused to sell me another lighter. And was motioning for me to leave. I was utterly disgusted at his behavior. Very poor customer service by acting that way. I love this place because it's the only drive-thru in Provo you can get a drink at. But he made it a bad experience for me.

Great place for gas and other convenient store wants and needs. Also you can get way yummy homemade tamales:) plus the owner and workers and pretty awesome people.....
