Outstanding service! Everyone was so helpful from start to finish. Had to do some pretty extensive repairs and troubleshooting to my son's car and he never gave up! Finally found the solution and it runs great now! Thanks again for taking care of it!

My son had problems with his truck - broke down on the road (brake caliper seized), and I’m out of State, so can’t come help him - called a friend in the Valley who referred me (us) to Jason, AAA towed it in and Jason had it repaired quickly and had him back on the road, ASAP - pricing was fair, and Jason was very professional - pointed out a few other things that could use some attention in the future - will use him in the future - it’s challenging finding a good mechanic you can trust - would highly recommend!

Best mechanics in Provo hands down. Knowledgeable, good pricing,honest and fast service, honestly in my experience those things have been hard to find in a mechanic until coming here. I highly recommend this shop. You will not be disappointed in the least.

Lakeside treats me like a friend and family member. I have been going there since 2016. I was quoted $1,500 at another place to fix my "fuel/exhaust system", shopped around... found Lakeside and Aaron fixed my issue with a gas cap he didn't charge me for... Been going ever since. They were there when my engine gave out and I was stranded on the side of the road in May of 2023. They have my business for life.

I had an appointment for Wednesday at 11:30 which I was early for. They told me they’d call me in 2-3 hours to update me. At around 5:10 I was worried that they wouldn’t finish in time since I had work the next morning. I called and found out they closed at 5. Extremely upset they could not fulfill their promise, especially because we had set an appointment a few days in advance and it seemed they were working on other cars. Word of advice, don’t set appointments and give an incorrect estimated time without updating your customer. In the end they couldn’t even fix the problem. They just did a diagnosis. A diagnosis that cost $120 that they could not get to or update the customer about from 11:30am-5pm who had an appointment. Will not be coming back.

This shop is absolutely horrendous!I went in to have my transfer case fluid checked and that's it. The 2 employees then come and tell me that both lower control arms on the front are bad and need to be replaced. For this they quoted $1200. For parts they quoted $320 for each control arm. What they didn't know is that i installed those control arms myself 4 months prior. Not only are the parts brand new, they were $215 and not $320.They also tell me that my rack and pinion needs to be replaced because it's sweating a little bit. For this they quoted $1800. They informed me that no one has the part in stock so they have to go OEM. For the part itself they quoted $1200. My rack and pinion is fine. After I left the shop i called parts stores. And the first place I called told me they had a rack and pinion for $350.While one person was informing me about my car, the other person went ahead and did a transfer case flush without asking for my approval. And then charged me $110. I went in to get it checked and that was it.In addition to that, when they had my car on the lift, they did not lift it from the manufacturer recommended lift points. Because of this, they compleatly flattend my pinch welds.Do not ever go to this shop. They run a shady and dishonest business. They will try and take advantage of you every chance they have.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've been to 5-7 different auto shops in the Provo/Orem area. These guys are one of my favorite shops. They're honest, they have some of the lowest prices I've seen in the area, and they've also been willing to install parts I've bought myself occasionally. No other place in the area will do that, but I really appreciate it!
