These guys are trying to charge $800 for a simple blood test. This is what's wrong with healthcare

They got me in and out quickly. It was right at the end of the day, too. I thought they closed at 5 and came in at 3:40. They closed at 4pm and still got me in. The nurse was very competent and did a really good job with the blood draw (I’ve had a lot of nurses struggle to get my vein).

Came here for a drug test for my job. I personally had a great experience! The lab is on the lower floor, my checkin process was fast, and the employees working that day were professional and helpful! Was in and out super fast and it was a good experience!

The way they bill you is so inconvenient and sketchy

I went on a Thursday afternoon at 2. There was no wait and check in was efficient. The phlebotomist was great! I have difficult veins and have had bad experiences with blood draws. This phlebotomist only needed one poke and it was done in less than 2 minutes! I’d come back here.

It's awful! Their billing is incorrect in 80% of cases. For a blood test they charged me $360 and passed it on to my insurance as a cosmetic procedure so that it would not be covered in any percentage and so that I would have to pay the entire bill at a completely absurd price. Please do not use this service, I am 100% sure that your experience will be disastrous and precarious.

This place steals your money and marks up all of the tests they do there. Then they have the audacity to charge your insurance again when you aren't even in the building saying you came in for lab work. Don't go here and I wish I checked the reviews before we did.

Phlebotomists everywhere always have difficulty drawing my blood. My veins move and roll and my blood is somewhat thick. So I usually get stuck multiple times and the needle readjusted just to get a few vials. The LabCorp in Provo was awesome! Got the vein perfect on first try. Best experience I've ever had at a blood draw.

Very unprofessional, uncaring staff. For the second time they are unable to find the lab work faxed in from my dr office. The first time was while they were switching systems and while frustrating I tried to give them grace. Now a year later they again can't find my request and say to just call my dr office to send it again.

Polite, friendly staff. Efficient. Very gentle blood draw.

If you have a choice, don't use LabCorp. If you don't have a choice, prepare yourself for possibly some of the worst human interactions you'll ever experience. I did see a couple reviews saying how nice and helpful the staff were, but those must have been on days where the staff must have gotten a raise or won the lottery or something because that is NOT the norm. I've had to go to LabCorp several times over the last couple years for various reasons, including blood draws for health and medication and urine samples for employee drug screening and they have ALL been horrible experiences - every single one of them.
I don't know if this company actively looks for the rudest people on the planet to hire, or if the company is so bad that they just kill the souls of all their employees and just burn out any last drop of compassion from them, but something is seriously wrong at LabCorp. What's worse is that I go to this place knowing what to expect and STILL leave shocked and appalled.
Today's experience was something special. When I walked in for my employee drug screening, I approached the front desk and was completely ignored. It wasn't a staff member who directed me how to get started, but another customer! Yes, it was THAT bad. And finally, when the staff could deign to waste their precious time on lowly me, every single comment that left their mouth was condescending - like the question I just asked was the stupidest thing they had ever heard. I actually work a similar job - I take urine samples for drug testing (at a different company) - I do the exact same thing they did for me today, and they STILL managed to make me feel like a complete idiot. Awful, AWFUL place.

Bill was 280% more than they told us at the front desk at the time of service. We checked because much more and we wouldn’t have done it. Phone people wouldn’t help but 15%.Let’s see how they handle it…. when they open on Tuesday. Glad I checked before driving all the way down there.

Another commenter said it and it was the perfect description: "The people working here are like dead inside." They had as much personality as a rock. Even more frustrating was that they gave me zero communication on what exactly they were doing or what to expect. 2 starts because at least the lady drawing my blood was quick and got me on the first try, otherwise it would be none.
