I just got a new car and was with giecko and it was super expensive so I was going to go shopping around. I did find it weird that they called me a day after I googled "insurance near me" but I don't think it works that way. I know I've got bombarded with phone calls from insurance agencies in the past after using websites that compares insurance rates. I avoided those for that reason. I think it was just a coincidence. I'm glad they did call me cause it saved me the hassle of going around town looking at rates and deciding on what agency to use. All that being said he knew what he was talking about. He gave me a better coverage for a little cheaper rate which made me happy. That's why I'm giving him a 5 star review

I am glad I am using Kim Jasperson as our Insurance agent. His staff helped get us set up with exactly what we needed. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to wait on the phone several times. But still happy with our experience. Thanks Joshua.

If I could give less than one star I would. They will harass you, text you nonstop and even after asking them to stop contacting you, treat you very unprofessionally. I was polite in telling Austin, not once, but three separate times, I was not interested in being contacted by them, to which he KEPT texting me passive aggressively as if I had done something wrong. I had to block the number to get him to stop texting me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and does not make me want to seek out insurance from an office that harasses people. Very uncomfortable situation. I will never use State Farm for this exact reason.

Took one vehicle from $95 a month to $360 a month because of an accident which doesn’t feel like a company that has your back. Also super slow response time from them. Like weeks each time I reached out for a claim.

I've had State Farm for over a decade. When I switched to this office it seemed really disorganized but not overly bad. Recently I had to change some things with my policy and after multiple unanswered calls, texts and emails I chose to just switch agents. A few days after switching I got a text asking me pay my renters, which I'd canceled, and when I let them know I switched agents due to not being able to get a hold of them the Kason was extremely rude to me. I wasn't rude or looking for an apology, just stating facts.
