I simply can’t say enough about the friendly professionalism of the good folks at Inspire Eye Care. I’ve now purchased 3 pairs of eyeglasses from them, and they have been exceptional with respect to their optometry skills, their expert assistance in picking out and then fitting just the right frames, and their willingness to make adjustments when something didn’t turn out just right. Their “customer first” business mentality and overall friendly demeanor is hard to beat. Highly recommended.

I have purchased several glasses from Insight and have been very pleased with all of them. Melissa does an amazing job of recommending frames that flatter the face and personality. I have recommended several friends and they have all been pleased and are repeat customers.

5 STARS!!!We were from out of town and had an emergency eyeglass repair needed for a teenager. Insight was FANTASTIC! The repairs were made as we waited and we were so grateful. Definitely will tell all of our local friends and family of their great service. Also, loved the selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses as we browsed as we waited!

Eye Doctor was alright, but didn't do a very good job explaining anything to my mom and caused her a lot of anxiety. He was also pretty rude and told my mom she needed to have her eyelids "fixed" because they are wrinkly and sagging. They also applied every upgrade to lenses and frames they could without explaining that they were upgrades and insurance wouldn't cover the cost and charged my mom over $400 for glasses when we have never paid more then $200 out of pocket. Luckily I was able to talk with the manager and cancel the order, because that is absurd. I will never recommend this place to anyone, and will be taking my mom somewhere else.

Dr. Brockbank is fabulous, very caring and kind, and excellent with many different people types. He has been so great at correcting my vision and helping me to be comfortable in both glasses and contacts. I have always found the best fit for me with my glasses and contacts.

Amazing place to purchase glasses. Super affordable and they will go above and beyond. For example I had an old pair of iGreens from 2014 that I LOVED and couldn’t find anywhere. They called warehouses to try and locate the exact frame, did some custom work so I would have a second option and then emailed me photos and everything as I live out of state! Anna even molded the new frame to the same dimensions on my old frame so when they got to me they fit perfectly! 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve worked with Melissa for a long time now and she has always been super helpful in making sure that I get everything I need taken care of.Today I worked with Anna and she was just as pleasant to work with and got me situated with my new frames. I highly recommend Insight Eye Care both for their frame selection as well as for their AMAZING customer service.

A very mediocre visit. It wasn't terrible, but there was certainly nothing outstanding about it.I went in to have my eyes checked because the last time I did was probably over 10 years ago. When I made it to the actual doctor, he didn't introduce himself, didn't ask me why I was there, just started testing my eyes. Not a terrible thing, but it was not an excellent experience. We finished the exam portion and he walked me out to the front and said, "so-and-so will help you pick out glasses now". I was never asked if I actually wanted them or had the benefits explained to me, it was just assumed. I guess you could think, "Why go get an eye exam if you don't want glasses?", and that's valid. But it would have been nice for them to at least have told me what kind of prescription I was going to need before jumping straight to the fitting portion.So they get 3 stars because that's average and this place (at least on a Friday afternoon) was very average.

Not the most professional experience. I went in on February 6th, was told my glasses would take about 2 weeks to arrive and my husbands 1 week. My husbands glasses where ready and waiting in the office without us receiving a call. We had to call to see if they were ready only to be told they had been ready for a week. Gee did anyone think to call us maybe? Then I called in a week and half later wondering if my glasses where ready and the receptionist told me they where ready but the lab hasn't mailed them out yet. I called today and was told they would be on back order for another week and 5 days (which is basically two weeks just softening the blow). Again, no one thought to call us and inform us of the status. Real unprofessional and inconsiderate. When I asked why no one had I formed us the receptionist responded with "well my coworker is right here next to me do you want me to ask her?" Instead of a simple "I apologize for the miscommunication. I assure you once they are in we will give you a call" I don't think businesses realize how much competition there is and quite frankly, I don't think they care. Otherwise the service wouldn't have been so unprofessional. No la mejor experiencia. Fuimos el 6 de Febrero y me dijeron que mis lentes tomaría 2 semanas para llegar y los de mi esposo 1 semana. Los lente de mi esposo estaba listos en la oficina sin que nos avisaran. Tuvimos que llamar para ver si los lentes ya estaban listos y nos dijeron que los lentes Aviña estado listos en la oficina una semana. No pensaron en llámanos tales? Llame una semana y medio después para ver si mis lentes estaban listos y me dijeron que ya estaban listos pero que el laboratorio no los avía envido aun. Llame hoy para ver si ya los habían recibido y hora cambio de parecer que aun no los tenían listo porque estaban en pedido atrasado. Otra ves, nadien pensó en llamarnos para dejarnos saber. Muy in-profesional y desconsiderado. Me dijieron que tomaría una semana y media mas. Cuando les pregunté que porque no nos habían llamado me contestó la recepcionista con "pues mi compañera de trabajo está aquí, quieres que le pregunte?" En ves de un simple "disculpa por la demora y falta de comunicación. Te aseguro que cuando llueven yo te llamo". No creo que este negocio se da cuenta de cuanta competencia hay y no creo que les importa. Lleva de dinero a otro lugar! Long story short, take your business elsewhere. Update 3/02/2021 I STILL don't have my glasses.!

I have daily migraines for over 35 years and I was told about migraine contacts that could prevent migraines! They have helped me so much! I highly recommend if you have migraines you make an appointment get an eye exam and see if they can help you too!

I got my prescription made by another optometrist and came to insight eye care to buy frames. When they wrote down the prescription they mistook a 7 with a 2 (understandable).

I was experiencing distortion in my vision after getting my new glasses from an online store, so I went to Insight Eye Care to get them adjusted. Becky was very helpful. She really understood how to adjust the frames to get rid of the distortion and she also made them fit better. I am very grateful for her help.
