Their cartridge was a genuine remanufactured Epson cartridge rather than a Chinese knock off. The cost was a small fraction of new. They had it in stock too.I love supporting locally owned businesses to keep money in the local economy. I just wish they were open on Saturdays.

Super helpful. Best way to refill your toner for your home printer. The owner even gives you pointers if you are still having some print quality issues and what to or where to go from there.The only thing I wish they did was reload the toner for much bigger MFP printers.
