This is the BEST business EVER! They have an inventory that is carefully curated, with items that often can't be found any where else. I have come back time and time again. This year I ordered a nativity for a special birthday for my sister. There was a computer glitch that made the item unavailable. Carolyn, the owner, called me personally and told me she would make it right. The nativity I originally ordered was sold out, so she generously said she would select another and get it to the destination in time. She DID IT! My sister had tears in her eyes as she unwrapped the box. It was a priceless! Thank you to Carolyn and all your employees!

Pros: fast shipping, pretty items, responsiveCons: exchanges and returns! Guys, keep tags and check all items immediately. Exchanges cost $20 in shipping! If they send you a defective item and you remove the tags even though it is right after you got the item they will not refund you or offer an exchange. I got a broken black nightgown, they were nice in responding but wouldn’t let me exchange and gave me a 20% refund for the broken nightgown without asking if that was acceptable. It’s not. Is that what Jesus would do? As you sell his likeness for thousands?TDLR: you can have a great experience here but be very aware that they will not stand by products and you will be left in the dust wearing broken and itchy nightgowns.Not 1 star level, 3 I think is pretty fair.

This is my favorite shop in Provo. Any time I’m in town, I always stop by and browse their shop. They have gifts for basically every occasion for any budget. The art is beautiful and some of their specialty items that come from all over the world are often times hand-made and great quality. The employees are so nice and their inventory selection is extremely thoughtful. I’ve bought my wife many gifts from her. The website is very nice aesthetically and easy to use.

Amazing and beautiful shop with European Christmas decor, gifts, original art and paintings. The week curated children and family holiday books are all a treasure. I step into the store and feel like I'm in a home that I'd want to make memories in.

A most charming, little shop! Heirloom Art Co cells unique, wellcrafted items for both gift-giving and your own home. Many European and Scandinavian items can be found there, to the delight of world travelers and returned missionaries!Additionally, beautiful fine art paintings are also sold at this shop. This establishment feels upscale but not necessarily out of an average shopper's price range. I'll be back!

Heirloom Art Co is THE most charming online shop I've come across. Every piece is so beautifully curated—wooden toys, old school tin ornaments for your tree.But what really pushed this store over the top for me, is that I fell in love with one of their sold out items, and gave them a call just to see if they had any in-store. They didn't, but the man on the phone was SO helpful that he sent me to the store they'd originally sourced it from, so I could get one in time for Christmas.Can't recommend them enough for unique, antique-style classic pieces!

I visited their website, I didn't approve any cookies or input any personal information. A few minutes after I left the site they texted my personal phone number!!! Do not trust this store or their site! They steal your data. I may be a millennial but I do still appreciate my privacy

This is the store of my dreams. It is truly beautiful. I go here to just look how they decorate the store so I can decorate my home similarly. The golden frames are to die for. You will always find something new and fun.
