This is my review that is (probably) on the Provo GMC Cadillac website; I wrote it on behalf of my wife and myself:
"I cannot begin to describe how pleasantly easy this car buying process was with Provo GMC Cadillac. Every member of the Provo GMC Cadillac team was friendly, informed, helpful and professional with super kudos to Nick who helped my husband the entire way through, and Chris who expertly walked him through our extended warranty options. Thank you guys!
We were shopping around for over a month for a large SUV, looking at everything from Range Rovers and Escalades to Chevy Suburbans and Toyota Highlanders and finally decided on the GMC Yukon XL Denali Reserve. We visited and spoke with many local and national dealerships. Half of them wanted to sell us on the spot with little to no information; the other half seemed to not care about our business at all, at times not even picking up or returning my husband's calls. I can say that of the 5-7 dealerships he spoke to, none were as transparent, direct, responsive and easy to talk to as Provo. We got a no haggle, no hassle solid deal on our new Yukon.
When we got to Provo to pick up the car (we flew in from Orange County, CA), all the paperwork was ready to go, just a quick swish-swish signing, the car was washed and detailed, and they even picked us up at the airport. We are so happy with the car and so pleased with the service we received.
We highly recommend Provo GMC Cadillac!"
This was my car shopping experience, and Provo really was head and shoulders above the rest. I can't understand why some salesmen whom I started working with didn't even bother to pick up or return my calls at other dealerships! At any rate, Provo was great.

Buying our new Jeep was smoother than a fresh jar of Skippy, thanks to Joe, the general manager, and Alec, our sales associate. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like Jeep royalty—minus the crown but definitely with the keys to the kingdom.
Joe was the mastermind behind the operation, making sure every detail was handled with precision and a smile. It was like he had a sixth sense for knowing exactly what we needed before we even asked. And Alec? Well, Alec was the kind of guy you'd want to have with you on an off-road adventure—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited about getting us into the perfect Jeep.
The entire process was so easy, I’m convinced they have a secret “easy button” stashed somewhere in the dealership. No haggling, no headaches, just pure Jeep joy. We have been well taken care of at Provo GMC. 6 years ago we had Craig take care of us when we dealt with a yukon we had bought in AZ and had to trade it in under the lemon law. Once again we currently went in to trade in our yukon and get a new one. John, Joe, & Chris went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and that we were well taken care of!! They were great!!!

I ordered a 2024 Cadillac Escalade from Joe and his Team a couple months back and just picked up officially this week. The process was extremely smooth and painless. I mean painless. Joe and his Team were very helpful, subject matter experts with the options on the escalade, honest, delivered on what they said they would, accommodating and very responsive. Would highly recommend vs the "big name GM retailers" you will not regret it and I will be returning for my next vehicle purchase.

Our professional experience with the entire Provo GMC team is natural for this group. The process from start to finish was effortless, and everyone was on a first-name basis. The character and ethics of pricing, after-market purchases, and the signing of documents are top-notch. Casey, a key salesperson, was intricate in the transaction and worthy of saving his name. Chandler is a truly bad salesman attitude poorly he barely tried at work. Feel bad for this guy but again that’s why he works there
