Very helpful staff, willing to assist customers and each other.
They seem to have sales on items I would have liked to have gotten, but I was on lunch, time crunched and needed to save money due to recent large home project.

Came in to get oil that it said they had online and in stock. They didn’t have it so I grabbed synthetic instead of conventional. Asked if they could price match since they didn’t have it (whole reason I came here). The guy working was nice but said they can’t. I feel that as a company when you’re customers are mislead it’s your responsibility to adjust and make sure the customer leaves happy

Wow. I wish I went here sooner. The staff and employees were all so kind and friendly! They were having a bbq and raffle when I came and it was awesome! They really want to be involved in the community and I felt it. They also have free popcorn every Saturday! Happy to know that I can come here whenever I need something and that I will be helped promptly.

The employees at this Gordon’s Ace Hardware are amazing I came in on Saturday to buy a grill and was met with not only smiling faces but a very knowledgeable staff, they answered all my questions and helped me get my dream grill. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I went to this Ace Hardware this morning. I had phoned in some supplies and went to pick up 18 miles away. When I got there I met Justin and another employee who's name I didn't catch. This part is for you Gordon....Justin is exactly not only what business needs but what the world needs. He was busy working and stopped what he was doing to help a complete stranger solve my problem. Being in retail myself I can appreciate great customer service....my friend not only should this be celebrated but appreciated. ..oh and by the way I offered to buy him lunch or something to drink....he refused and only asked for a review....this speaks to his character and his integrity.....So thank you Justin. I’ve always had a great experience here. Today, I stopped in to purchase some PVC pipe. The staff was helpful and took me to where the PVC pipe was instead of pointing me in the general direction like the staff at most hardware stores would. I was especially impressed with Todd. His customer service is incredible. He is friendly, helpful, and considerate—he even had treats on hand for a dog that one of the customers brought into the store. It’s hard to find excellent customer service these days, but it’s so refreshing when you do.
