Just a quick shout out to Jonny Payan. He put together an awesome deal on a Mustang Gt for me. Went above and beyond to make me happy. Unfortunately I wasn't able to purchase the car ( my issue, not his) and he was very polite and professional throughout the process. Thank you Jonny! I highly recommend both Jonny and this dealership.

5 hours for an oil change and new tires. Find another dealer for maintenance if you value your time.

We had an awesome experience with Taylor Robinson. We won't go anywhere else for any of our vehicles or maintenance.

Not happy. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation on my Ford transit van. Service advisors could be more professional. If they would verify that all things have been done correctly this would not have happened. What else do they not do? Makes you wonder! This doesn't surprise me that something was not done correctly. Tires were rotated but pressures were not adjusted. Front tires too much at what back should have been and back set at what front should have been. I carry a lot of weight in my back end and this could have been bad. Took back to have this corrected but this should have never been sent out like this!

We had a terrible experience at this dealership. The communication was truly awful. We brought our vehicle because of an issue related to a recall we received. However this dealership did not have the part necessary to fix the problem and estimated a wait time of 3-6 months. As a one car family this was absolutely unacceptable and it was only after we voiced those feelings that the dealership arranged to get the part in 3-6 weeks. We asked what our options were for obtaining a loaner car and they said there were none available and they would put in a request through Ford to get us a rental or let us know as soon as a loaner was returned. In the 4 weeks the dealership had our car we never heard about a rental or loaner. It's unacceptable to me for a dealership to keep someone's car that long and offer no alternative vehicle, ESPECIALLY when the problem with the vehicle is due to a manufacturer issued recall. In addition to the complete lack of communication in that regard, we also received confusing communication related to the status of our car. We were told it was completed but when we called to confirm when we could pick it up, they told us it wasn't ready and was still being diagnosed. Our experience at this dealership was confusing, frustrating, and showed a complete lack of customer care. I will not be returning to this dealership for anything and will find somewhere else to service my vehicles going forward.

If you want your vehicle fixed AVOID this place!!!!!!!!! Took my truck in at 1300 for a diagnostic and at 1615 I was still waiting. It wasn't until the Poly guy asked me if I was being helped is when "Reese" (if that's his real name) finally showed his self to tell me, "we ran the diagnostic and there are some electrical wiring that needs to be replaced" when I asked him if repairing the wires would resolve the alarm sensor issues this fruitcake replied, "I'm not sure, I can't confirm" So, pretty much this clown is telling me to pay for the repairs but not sure if that'll fix the problem. I must've looked like a effin fool to him for him to feed me bullshit like that! Reese has the worst communication and customer service skills that I've ever dealt with in ALL the dealerships I've visited AND he flat out lied to me stating that my vehicle was on the diagnostic machine from 1300-1600'ish, bullshit and he knows it! My truck sat in the waiting lane for almost two hours. Damn Liar! This was my second visit to this dealership thinking their services would improve from the first visit but eff no. They just seem to get worse and worse. Don't waste your time and money here. No surprise that this dealership has poor ratings. They've forgotten that it's the customers who pay their salaries. No customers, No service, equals Out of Business. Figure it out Larry H. Miller!! This place makes you want to buy a Hyundai F-150...if only.

Update: I changed my review from 1 star to 5 because WOW!! They completely exceeded my expectations. They picked up my car within a day, fixed it, and had it returned all within 2 full days. They are also ensuring that the oil stains caused by the undercarriage cover are cleaned up in my garage. This is the best experience I've had at the Provo location after about 5 years using them. Thank you! I called ahead today to ask if their Service team had availability for an oil change. I was told that it was a slow day and to come in whenever. I pulled in to the bay around 3:30pm. There were 4 employees on the floor and 1 other car in the bay. Not a single employee waved me in, made eye contact, or even looked in my direction. It was clear that I was being ignored and that none of the employees wanted to be the first to greet me or help me. I then waited for about 3 more minutes. I finally had to step out of the car, grab my baby, and walk up to them and interrupt their conversation. There was no greeting. I had to get the employee's attention and ask if I could get an oil change. I felt like a complete burden to the employees and felt very uncomfortable. After I picked up my car, I drove 45 minutes back home. Only to be flagged down by my neighbors pointing out that something was wrong with my car. The mechanic had screwed the undercarriage cover in so tight that it ripped it. I tried to put a washer with the bolt for some extra structure, but the cover is completely torn. I tried to leave a voicemail twice since it was after hours but the voicemail recording said it was full, so I'm not sure if my message was received.

my wife's car was overheating and service guy turned her away with no help whatsoever.I had been calling the service department all day with no one answering and the voicemail was full.I called the sales team two times and they took messages back to call me and again zero response.I would not buy a car here or have my car serviced.

literally the worst service department around. We've had nothing but issues and bad experiences with these guys. Even a basic service takes days to get done without any communication from them unless I call and ask for an update and they give the runaround. They end up keeping the car for days and expect us to be without a car without issues. the latest experience has been the worst. Scheduled an oil and tire rotation appointment at 7 am on a Thursday. come Thursday evening I finally reach out asking what's going on and they told me they were just getting to it and would let me know when it was done... Whats the point of an appointment if they don't actually work on it when it's scheduled for? At this point it had been hours since they were supposed to start and they hadn't even started. finally at the end of the day they tell me they weren't able to get everything completed so they'd either need to return it and schedule another appointment or keep it overnight. I told them overnight worked but I couldn't be without it for more than one more day. 1pm on Friday rolls around and it's crickets. so I reach out and don't get a response. Finally get a hold of them at 5pm for them to tell me it's all done and they'd have it delivered to me within the next hour and a half... it's now 4 and a half hours later and I still don't have my car. They've closed for the day and I can't get a hold of anyone... Absolutley horrendous service.

Probably the worst business ever. We live in the neighborhood and this is the most disrespectful business ever. They leave their music BLASTING outside 24/7. It's Sunday afternoon as I write this and I can hear the music with all doors and windows shut, they aren't even open. They also do not secure their cars, many times we see people on a Sunday hopping in and out of the trucks in the corner of the lot. All fun and games until someone with ill intentions comes along. The employees are always recklessly driving between lots, seen them almost hit people on several occasions. Probably really poor and careless leadership. This company should be so ashamed to call themselves a respecting business. Causing nothing but stress and distaste for its neighbors. Disgusting behavior and business practices.

me and my husband were looking for a new vehicle for me, we found my ultimate dream car. a 2021 Tahoe with a duramax engine. Mark helped us and we wanted to purchase. as we were sitting getting the final price, they were getting my husbands information after we had told them we had our own local financial institute we were already with. obviously they needed the sale that night. we left with the vehicle this was Saturday evening. Tuesday night at 6:50pm. we get a call from the financial advisor JAMES telling us we did not qualify for the loan. but he had sent another request to a different bank. without getting my husbands permission they ran his credit 10 times. Wednesday morning we went to our local credit union got approved for nearly 3% less than LHM quoted us. my husband bought parts through all of their dealerships throughout 20+ years. needless to say. he will no longer be purchasing anything let alone a vehicle from Larry H. Miller. 3 for Mark. a negative -5for James and the treatment we received taking the check for payment to the dealership.

Will never buy another Lincoln again after the experience with these guys. Terrible customer service. Reese specifically. Told me it would be ten days before my car was done. It's been a month now. Have told me my car will be ready five different days and each time I call (waiting on hold for a ridiculous amount of time) I'm told another thing they still haven't fixed. Was promised it would be done today by 5:30 and someone would call to confirm before I drove all the way down there and AGAIN no one has called me. Don't waste your time with these guys. All their one star ratings are for a reason.

Currently have a great selection of new and used vehicles. The sales staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a new one used vehicle. This place is the place to go to if you're looking to be taken care of.

My husband and I were on our way to Whitefish MT when our Ford 150 truck started shaking and the engine light came on. I read if it was solid we could drive it. Then it stared blinking which they said to stop because that means it's a major problem. We kept driving since there were no Ford dealerships near us. After two hours we went to Larry Miller in Provo. The service advisor we spoke to was Reese Ensign. He was fantastic. Told us what he thought the problems the truck may be having and told us the steps to eliminate the problems. He said they get a lot of people traveling and they try hard to accommodate them since they are in the road. They were going to close in an hour and they worked on it and got some work done which was great. We had a hotel reserved in Salt Lake which I couldn't cancel without paying $115 fee. They don't have a shuttle to get to our hotel but Teese said they use Uber and pay for both ways! He gave us his cell phone and direct line if we had any questions. Our car was ready at 19:30 the next am, Reese went over and beyond with explaining everything to us. He kept us informed every step of the the way, super friendly and knowledgeable. He deserves a raise!

Contacted this dealer this morning via they're website in regards to buying a new Ford Tremor. After inputting my contact info, I got a text about 30 minutes later asking if my name was Robert and was I interested in a 2022 Ford Tremor. I said yes and waited for another response. About 30-40 minutes later, the salesman (Michael Anderson) texted me again, telling me about a pending truck that hadn't been released for shipping but was available for sale. I told him that the color was "yuck" which meant I wasn't really interested in that particular truck and was waiting for further information from him. About another 40 minutes goes by and he replies "excuse me?" with some details about msrp pricing on that model. I explained to him that speaking to a customer and disappearing while in the midst of a conversation was extremely rude. His response was that I was the one who was rude and I'm not his only customer. So what have we learned here. I've learned that this dealer has arrogant and apparently over paid salesman who are so fat with sales due to the current state of the automotive market and product availability, that to provide the simplest of human communication with a potential customer is over rated and not worth his time. This also tells me that this dealer doesn't need my 80-90 grand for their truck and they don't need my 2021 Jeep 392 as a trade where they probably would've made another 10 grand or more in retail resale. This also tells me that I won't be traveling out of state to do business with such a crappy dealer when I can get treated like crap right here in my home state. So Larry Miller, perhaps a little class on decorum and customer service is in short order for your staff. I certainly won't ever buy from you!And judging by all the negative reviews you have on Yelp alone, I'd say you have a definite customer service issue. I haven't even looked on Google reviews yet and I can only imagine what that looks like.
