Why does this place still exist. It’s an eyesore for downtown. They should replace it with something useful like shops or apartments

Not a horrible place just kina run down and at 75 a night The rooms should be in better shape The bathtub built in plug/drain mechanism was busted ans had to buy mouse traps because seen 2 different colored ones. When i stayed

manager was rude, room was messy when we moved in, the bathroom door and one of the bedframes were broken, had roaches everywhere, literal drug deals were going down, and people were singing and screaming in their rooms at 1 in the morning.
