My husband purchased this ring in back in 2018 and I have LOVED it! It was such a great price and the company was so easy to work with. I have been back frequently to get my ring cleaned. BUT since then I lost a diamond, I knew that the company had a warranty that would cover this, so I have been trying to contact them. There has been ZERO response. I have tried to call, message, and email about 100 times.

I was referred to eWeddingBands back in 2018 by a friend when I was getting ready to propose to my wife. Heard they were affordable and fantastic at custom rings. Sent a message to the owner McKay, showed him a few pictures of what my wife wanted and what my budget was, and he customized a gorgeous set of rose gold wedding band and engagement rings right in my budget. My wife has absolutely loved her rings and she's gotten compliments on them almost daily for the past 4 years. Recently I've wanted to recommission McKay to do another band for our anniversary but I don't know if they are still open or not, I haven't gotten a response back from any of my online inquiries. I hope I can get in touch soon!

We purchased my husband’s wedding band from e-WeddingBands.com. He was set on a platinum ring, but we didn’t want to spend that kind of money at a jeweler. We found exactly what he was looking for, and we could not be happier with the platinum ring we got here at a great price! We originally had the inside of the ring engraved with our wedding date. When we received it, the engraving wasn’t centered between the top and bottom of the ring, so we sent it back and they removed the engraving and sent it back, no questions asked! We were very impressed with the great customer service and high quality ring! We highly recommend e-WeddingBands.com!!

The ring I bought looks awful - the pictures on the website are very misleading (in reality, it looks like something from a 25 cent bubble gum machine). They don't offer free returns (it is $40 + shipping), unlike what is written in big bold letters on the website. Moreover, they don't allow verified purchasers to leave reviews on the website - all the reviews there are faked or cherry-picked (which is why they are all 5s).

My husband and I ordered ourselves a new set of rings to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and renew our vows. He's really great at researching stuff and found this website to order our rings from. So, we did and they came in plenty of time before we needed them. Naturally, we tried them on to make sure they'll fit - AND THEY DO! PERFECTLY AND COMFORTABLY!My only two "issues" are that 1. we got no status updates to our order except a few days before they were to be delivered; and 2. the engravings on the inside are very hard to see and read.That being said, I would still definitely order from them again as well as highly recommend this business for your ring needs!(My husband said we could upgrade again at our 20th anniversary, hahaha. I told him that THESE will last way longer than our first set and no additional upgrades will be necessary, lol)

Ordered my husband-to-be's wedding band online, with cautious expectations, but the band fits like a glove, looks beautiful and is perfect for his line of work, as he is an engineer and needs something that does not scratch easily. Overall extremely happy with this band.
