Had a very pleasant phone experience with one of the employees. They answered all my questions and did so in a friendly manner. The dry cleaners in Springville are horrible and I left reviews for them (all 1 stars) but Durfey rocks!

The positives, good customer service, they are very kind people and very fast and organized. negatives… I get married in 2 weeks and I went to get my suit pressed yesterday and had a horrible experience upon picking it up this evening. It shrunk and hardly fits me! $700.00 suit down the drain. Prior to dropping off here it was tailored and fit perfectly and comfortable. I am beyond frustrated and have no way to fix the issue and it isn’t my fault but now it’s my problem. I wouldn't take anything here. I read the reviews before coming and was worried that I would end up like one of the few that had this experience. I shouldn’t have taken the risk.

Durfey's is great. I had them clean my son's suits for years and recently had them clean and preserve my daughter's wedding dress. They are reasonably priced, on time and the employees are friendly.

Bless the young ladies hearts that are staff (they are very sweet) but I spend several hundred dollars per month on shirts and pants and have had to have them redo several different times. Heavy starch means heavy starch. Not downy soft.

I have been getting my dry cleaning done at Durfey's for about 15 years or so. The staff are always super nice, professional, and have always taken great care of my dry cleaning! Very highly recommended!
