Provo, UT location- Don’t expect too much from the team OR the company itself. They don’t give call backs even though they said they will. Not even the courtesy if they couldn’t approve the loan. NO COMMUNICATION!! Or willingness to work with the customer. Don’t expect any money on weekends unless your employer picks up 24/7. If you have excellent payment history with them, you still don’t matter. Like I said horrible customer service. At least from this location.

I have never had anything but a great experience here. I’ve been treated with respect and dignity here. The office staff are friendly and helpful. I started with a very small loan of $200 years ago, with on time payments they will increase your available credit. They’ve helped me out of a bind multiple times and I’m grateful for the fast and friendly service I have received. I absolutely recommend DLC.

A great tool if you're going to pay it off quickly (I'm talking, a few days after receiving the funds). Used appropriately, DLC is a fantastic payday loan option. We've used them several times in the last few years. The customer service is always excellent and the process isn't too painful. We've had no issues with hidden fees etc.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I regret getting a loan with them! Very frustrating set up process. Underwriters make no sense for making me sign and reading information to me twice. Waste of my time! So many hoops to jump through. Then my 2 perfectly good debit cards were denied to send money direct deposit. It has to be there system malfunctioning because I never had that issue before even when I got a loan from them before. Provo location Felicity and Alberto. New people working there and did not want to accommodate any requests that made it easier for me. Very annoying process. I would only choose here if you have exhausted all other options!

Waiting time was quite a while but I didn't really mind!! Kiikii was very kind and helpful! Wish I could have been approved for a bigger loan but what I did get will help and I'm so grateful!!!

I missed a few payments and ended up in the hospital for a while now here I am getting my checks Garnished by this place and will no be able to survive. These guys have 0 care in the world the cost of living has sky rocketed and I have struggled like hell to stay above water now due to this money hungry place I am even worse off. Thanks Dollar Loan Center for taking food off my table!!! DUE TO WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO ME I WILL NOW GO WITHOUT FOOD SO I CAN PAY YOU OFF!

Carmen is a great help! Glad I was able to speak with someone so professional! Come to find out she’s only an assistant manager! (The store manager isn’t worth 5 starts only giving 5 because of Carmen). Again thank you Carmen for taking the time to answer all my questions! :)

This place is a joke I was in a accident a couple months ago and was out of work for a month which has put me behind on a few bills I work 50 hours a week making decent money have had the same job for almost 7 years applied for a small loan to help me pay my rent and of course was denied dont go there customer service is horrible also it's like talking to a robot
