“Excellent prices and so much selection. Sometimes you do need to try on a lot of things, especially when shopping for items like pants or swimsuits. It's great to have a department store with choices for those instances. They carry a wide selection of high-quality brands in various price ranges. Most of the changing rooms were closed, but the one that was open had plenty of stalls and was centrally located. The cashier was so great and helped me understand the deals so I could pick what would work best in my budget. She was also able to understand how to help a couple who did not speak English to easily and quickly make a return. I was very impressed at how well she knew how to do her job and take care of customers.”
“Every year, my mother-in-law and sister-in-law have a traditional of going to JC Penny on Black-Friday. The 3 of us usually plan ahead and meet there to go on a fun shopping adventure. The store has a variety of items and it's very affordable. I like the quality of their products. Not just on Black-Fridays, but other days of the year, the store is a place I like going to, given the opportunity. I super recommend it.”

Groceries and maybe some school, office and health and wellness but very limited on the first two.. the pharmacy and health and wellness section is pretty close to standard size... Maybe some cheap headphones, Bluetooth speakers and some very basic low level quick simple electronics like cords and stuff like that.. on the groceries side it's everything any other Walmart is... It's also in the middle of Provo and Byu campus is less than a mile away so it's busy that's more sure...”
“I got the opportunity to walk into the lobby… And that’s about it, but I would say that it’s a pretty all right lobby. They have a bunch of photos hanging up and it seems like they care a lot about stuff and that’s great.”
“I love having this small Target right in the middle of town for quick errands when I don't have time to get to the larger ones at East Bay or Orem! It's especially convenient to get to buy bicycle from the Provo River Trail.
HUGE shout-out to Dora today for helping me find the right makeup for ballroom performance for my daughter--the front just radioed for someone who knows makeup to come help me, and Dora was there in seconds and had me on my way! This is the kind of personable service I get at this smaller location. Thanks again!! ?”
