Really disappointed with this pharmacy. I waited on the phone for over 30 minutes, on my break at work for assistance. Finally, I had to go because my break was over. Had to call another pharmacy just to find out I needed to speak with my doctor, by that time, their office was closed. Now I can’t have my prescription when I need it because my time was wasted. Extremely disappointing.

Took so long so fill a prescription and still made me wait 30 minutes to fill it once I got there. Never answers the phone even though there’s 6 people there. Don’t go here

Very busy. Line moved fairly quickly though since they were all staffed. Helped get meds transferred from our of state for my college kids.

Tried 3 days in a row to talk to pharmacist by phone to see if my BYU student (a minor) needed parental permission to get a flu shot.Waited on hold 30 min, 30 min then 50 minutes. After not reaching anyone, I drove over an hour to go with her!!!

Today, I called CVS in Provo and waited 28 minutes in line until someone answered the phone. It's usually that kind of waiting whenever I need to talk to that Provo Pharmacy. Today, however, when I mentioned the long waiting to April, who answered the phone, she told me to find another pharmacy. Of course, I will find another pharmacy and avoid that CVS in Provo at all costs, from now on. I am very disappointed at the CVS in Provo. I used to like the CVS in American Fork, but moved South and need a Pharmacy that isn't too far. Definitely bad customer service from April today, and I will be taking my business elsewhere, as she told me to.

This pharmacy is always sooooo incredibly slow and often have incompetent techs. Hit up your local Walgreens.

Honestly, the drive thru is closed more for us than it is open for us. When open it is impressively but its is closed more often. If it is closed one more time we are moving to another pharmacy. Don't get me wrong it's a good pharmacy but the service is the worst for the HANDICAP.

I stood in the pharmacy line for 20 minutes and when I was finally the third person in line they said they were closing for lunch and shut the cage in front of us without even allowing us to protest. I had a simple pick up and they wouldn't help me or finish the line before leaving for lunch. I asked to speak to a manager (like a Karen) to suggest they put a stop to the line and finish it so people aren't waiting for nothing and while I was waiting I saw one of the kid pharmacists leaving. I told him to enjoy his lunch and asked why he couldn't finish the line first and he said they try but they clearly didn't this time. I asked if his time was more important then mine and he said yes. I am shocked how I was treated, the line is always 10+ people long at this CVS with the drive through closed, even at 10pm at night. I will never come back to this pharmacy and you shouldn't support their awful customer service either.

It is absolutely ridiculous they close at 1:30 for a lunch break. Never seen it anywhere else and twice it has caught me when I need to get a prescription and go. There are plenty of workers to cover 30 mins to rotate breaks. Really a stupid policy.

This pharmacy is not good. I would not recommend this CVS to my worst enemy. The line is always long, their system will randomly delete your prescriptions, and you will probably spend at least 3 hours a month trying to figure out why they won't fill your prescription. The sad thing is, it is NOT the staff's fault. The pharmacy is understaffed and underpaid. CVS needs to step up their game.

I live in Provo and have gone here for years. Within the last 6 months they keep shutting the drive thru window while the pharmacy is supposed to be open even though there are multiple employees inside. I always have to walk inside the store which is indeed open but usually with long lines and slow lazy service. It makes no sense to not put up a note in the drive thru to let customers know their systems are down or that they are understaffed. Just an all around careless CVS and bad experience.

I waited in the drive thru for about 10 mins without any assistance. I tried to called the pharmacy to see if they were even open, but no one picked up. Finally I decided I'd park and go inside. Because of the lack of service at the window and on the phone, I assumed that it was closed or they were short staffed. I went inside to see that there were four or five workers just keeping to themselves as the phones went off and the drive thru stayed packed. It took a couple minutes for anyone to come and assist me even though I was the only person in line. When they did come, they were slow and didn't seem to care much. All of that for them to tell me that the prescription had not yet been filled and I would have to wait another 30 minutes for it. Very, very frustrating and I will never be using this pharmacy again.
