In 2021 I came here when I found that beautiful person I wanted to marry. I was very clueless about this whole process, but Dave absolutely gave me peace of mind and helped me to make the perfect ring for my sweet wife. They also offered a lifetime of ring cleaning for us, so we come back regularly to get that amazing service!You won’t find a better place to get guidance, get exactly what you want from just showing pictures or drawings, and at such an amazing price. Definitely check them out before going to any other place, you won’t ever be disappointed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband came here to custom design the PERFECT ring! We love coming here, we stop by all the time to get our rings cleaned (they offer it for free)! 100/10 experience! Love this place, Dave and Josie are so amazing!!

Their prices beat every other place we checked out! The process of designing the ring was straight forward and easy. They made it exactly how we asked them. The only thing to remember, when they give you an estimate on when it will be finished, you have to treat it as an estimate. Our ring took about a week longer then the estimate they originally gave.

EDIT: upon seeing our review Josie personally sent us a very nice text apologizing for the original miscommunication of the color and the poor customer service from Dave. She even reimbursed us for the surprise fee that Dave forgot to mention. She did a great job of making sure we were happy and assured us she’d still like to service our ring in the future.My husband got my ring here. Josie made a great 3D print of the ring I wanted based off of a picture online - we went in and designed everything and she wrote it all down. I wanted a gold ring (yellow gold). When my husband called to order the ring later they had no record of the ring we designed, when he said he wanted to order a gold ring they asked “yellow gold or white gold” without explaining what white gold is (it looks like silver) and we had no idea the difference so we told them “white gold” assuming they were different shades of gold, since we had already told them we wanted gold. The band of the ring was not like we had designed. Later on we took it in to see what it would take to have it changed to yellow gold. The owener Dave spoke with us and told us he would do it “completely for free” I even triple checked that we wouldn’t owe anything because I was shocked. And he assured me we wouldn’t owe anything. When my husband went to pick up the ring he said we owed a fee to set the stone, my husband called me and I spoke to Dave over the phone and explained that we wouldn’t have changed anything if we knew it was going to cost money. He became very upset and was even rude saying things like “you should be grateful I did so much for you for free and now I’m stuck here with your ring, it’s just a small fee.” The ring itself looks great now but their communication and customer service is not great.

We went here to get our fingers sized for rings, and the customer service was very lackluster. The associate who helped us seemed very disinterested and didn't even give us the right sizes. Now we have rings that don't even fit us, and the prospect of getting them resized is uncertain.I wouldn't trust something as important as a wedding ring to these guys.

Josie and Dave do AMAZING work. By far the best custom ring shop in the state. They are friendly and super knowledgeable, and are the best value for money around. If you can dream it, they can make it.

One guy running the show for 4 couples in line. Missing display pieces to show possible customizations. Claimed they had the lowest price but found lower within an hour of leaving. Made a rude joke about our relationship. Helpful and knowledgeable, but would never buy from here

Had high expectations for this place but unfortunately, they were not met. My girlfriend and I went in person and got a custom ring consultation from Dave. He talked us through the process and said there wouldn’t be a problem doing our wanted design and to email him so he could get the diamonds in. After a couple of slow emails were exchanged Dave told us to call him. We called and left multiple voicemails over the span of a couple weeks and multiple emails all with no response. It’s upsetting to start the process of getting a custom ring and then get ghosted.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to take the time to leave a review for these guys because I was so blown away! Josie was the one that helped me but they were all so helpful and kind! I went in on a Thursday with some ideas for an engagement ring and was able to get the ring by Wednesday the next week! It was even more amazing than I thought! And half the price of ordering it online with all the quality and extra customization options! Highly highly recommend, especially if you’re looking to get a ring in a tight timeframe they will get it to you for when you need it!
