Store will ring you up for additional services, items you were told were free, and charge you twice for upgrade fees. Despite being an "authorized retailer" Cricket will pretend they've no control over the store. Definite fraud happening here, keep your receipts.

Very incompetent manager Kimberly. spent 2 1/2 hours there to get A new phone and they could not get it to work. I went to another store up the street they got it done.

We went in to switch over from our previous carrier. Kimberly was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She knows her job very well and was able to handle multiple customers at a time without missing a beat. Thank you so much. We are very happy.

I upgraded our family to six iPhones ($$$). I forget her name now, but the district manager took EXCELLENT care of us. She even drove to another store after closing to get accessories the Provo store didn’t have. Happy to spend the money when customer service is equal or greater in value. Thank you!
