I would not recommend working with Michelle the manager in the back. I asked her a question about the dates on their iPad package deals and she was immediately very aggressive and unprofessional. Both I and those I was with were abhorred at the manner which she addressed the situation.

My Apple laptop was not charging. Another technician thought a part in the charging plug was defective and found a replacement. It still didn't charge. I brought it to CougarTech Repair and Logan identified the problem right away. It was a "dirty" connection piece which he cleaned in a jiff and now it is working great. Thanks Logan. BTW, no charge for that simple fix. Nice workers and great job.

This is a tech repair shop and they fix phones but only iPhones...?? Maybe the descriptions should say that? ?

Made an appointment to have my battery replaced, and they said they had the part in stock. Sweet! But then they said I had to come back on another day to actually get the battery replaced. So what was the point of making an appointment, just to have to make another appointment? It doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me, considering the person who I talked to didn't seem to be doing anything and didn't have any other customers. I ended up going to a local third party repair center, where I didn't have to make any appointment and they replaced my battery on the spot for ten bucks cheaper too.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!The whole team did a great job and so pleasant. Went above and beyond for me to find lost files and cleaned.

Tyler was amazing!! I was a nervous wreck about a corner of my phone screen popping out of place and he fixed it in about two seconds!!! So kind and reassuring too. 10/10 would break my phone again :)

James was amazing. Macbook stuck in a reboot loop and he ran hardware diagnostics over the phone with me then worked with me in person for the better part of two hours until we finally got it. Saved my critical files
