They were very understanding when I broke something and we had a misunderstanding of who was responsible for paying for it. They were also very patient when I was overly harsh with them about the situation. They have great, quality units for a good price! They are also a great, people friendly company! :)

Not only do they have storage units, if you're lucky there are also a couple of apartments. Having lived here for a couple of years, I really enjoy the location and experience. Helpful landlord, quality apartment, affordable prices, and also the storage units are great. Nothing too fancy, but it's a storage unit. You got stuff? They have a place to store it. And there's always someone available by phone if you need any help.

The website says they have 12 different size and price options for renting a storage unit but they really only have 2 sizes 8 x 10 and 9 x 10. False advertising

My husband and I have been renting an apartment above Cougar Den storage. We've had a great experience here - reasonable rent, an updated apartment, we only share one wall with one set of neighbors, designated parking, washer and dryer in unit...I couldn't ask for a better place to live. The staff are kind, accommodating, and respectful. They frequently ask how things are in the apartment, how we like it, if there's anything that can be improved, etc. When friends/family come into our apartment, the reaction is always, "WOW! I didn't expect it to be so nice in here!" The storage units are older, but the property is very well maintained. They are constantly making sure the units and doors are in good condition, removing any weeds, painting, keeping things clean, and ensuring snow removal. If we have any storage needs in Provo in the future, we will be looking here first.

Leaving a review here for those considering being tenants of the apartment complex that is on the same property and is managed by the same people as the cougar den storage since there is no where else to leave a review for the complex.

The price was low, and the storage unit kept all our belongings in good condition for 7-8 months. Staff was also very helpful.

I had a great experience with Cougar Den Storage. Their prices are the best you can find. The units are in good shape and generally well-maintained. They don't have an exterior gate that requires an access code. Some may not like that but I think it is redundant anyway and it keeps costs down. All of the unit are plainly visible from the street. Great value overall.
