Went in for a standard oil change service. They were done fairly quickly, and explained everything that they recommended getting done well. They were also very understanding of needing to budget for maintenance and suggested which things were a priority.

Emily and Paris were SO helpful! After giving me my diagnostic report, they helped me sort through what work they felt was really necessary for me to get done, and what repairs were secondary. I had to get my repairs done asap before I moved out of state, and Emily put in a request for my tires after hours, at 10pm! They worked with me till the job was done.

It was so easy to set up an appointment online just the night before! When they were ready to work on my car, I received a message with a link to a list of services they offer that I could accept or reject on top of whatever I came in for. The list had prices for each item and a job total, which was very transparent and upfront! After filling out the form I received a message that they would get started on my car immediately, which was great to know as I was out and about and not sure when it would be done. The staff was very friendly and kind to all the patrons I saw that day. Overall a very good experience! I was happy with the pricing for the jobs I selected (oil change and tire rotation) but I might not utilize their other services due to higher pricing.

I don’t know much about cars but they were very transparent with what they were doing. They recommended some fixes after a check-up but weren’t at all pushy. Great speed of service, too.

Higher prices. Hadn’t offered a less priced option for a specific car problem. Offered higher labor for refurbished parts. I decided I’d rather go elsewhere. I felt they lacked good customer service in supporting the customer in an honest approach and lack of honesty in coming across like they were the best value , because of the long years they had been in business; which I wish they would had been more honest about. I later found out there was a more affordable and better quality auto company in Orem.

This was my third good experience with Computune. Their $80 pre-sale inspections are well worth it - better value for this service than I have seen from other mechanics. They share the results with you digitally including photos of several of the issues they find and when you pick up your car they are happy to answer questions as long as you’re nice. If you need you can ask them to printout a copy of the inspection results to share with a potential buyer. They will also give you a quote for how much they would charge to fix the various issues, and that printout helps if you prefer to shop around or to DIY.
